Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Would rent again
We enjoyed our recent week stay at the Arcadian II 4C. We have tried other locations, but none measure up to Arcadian. The buildings are well taken care of and quiet. We had some TV and internet issues, but ultimately we were there for the beach so it was easy to over look the issues. We hope to stay again."

"Great Building and Location!
THe building and amenities were great! The pool was clean, ample parking, great security guys :)
Our unit was on the 4th floor and in need of updating. Building was built in the 70's and nothing has been done to this unit. It had a very musty smell and the carpeting needed to be removed. All the cabinetry had sticking/falling apart drawers and the entrance door was nasty and very univiting. (my husband said it must be the storage door, not the condo door...wrong!) With some TLC, this unit could be great. Beautiful views!"

Lovely view from fourth floor! Condo exceptionally clean...furnishings and decor pleasant. Both baths in need of redo and wall-to-wall very tired and in need of replacement. Loved the kitchen and dining area! Appreciated the security on site, especially in late hours. Definitely would consider staying again...North Beach

"Arcadian rental
The location and ocean views was outstanding. We did see dolphins swimming from our condo. The beach was beautiful and the building itself was in good condition. The pool looked nice and looks like tennis courts were being redone. Good restaurants in the area. However lots of noise going on as the sea wall was being repaired and access to the beach was limited due to the walkways being replaced. I was very disappointed in the condition of the condo. The berber carpet was old, dirty, smelled bad, and was very worn. The sliding glass door was missing a door handle and not in the best condition. Bathrooms absolutely need redone. Counter tops in kitchen needs replaced. I was afraid to open any closet because the doors looks like they would fall off. Also there netting your in the balcony railing that blocked view of ocean if sitting. IMO this could be a great place to stay if the condo was in better condition. I give the property management 2 stars. Would rather not see political stations on the TVs in the lobby’s on my vacation. Hgtv would be a better selection given you are a property management company. "

"Quaint and pleasant
Getting the key to the rental was a bit of a pain and getting and returning the keys. Digital would be the way to go with key codes. Unit was nice a bit “dated” but very nice and relaxing, private. "

"Overpriced not clean
Rental was not clean. The balcony door didn't close and maintenence told us to barricade it. If you look at old reviews the door was broken a long time ago. Not safe for children. He came the next morning and walked right into the condo to fix it. Blind are broken. Twin bed is broken. Blinds don't open. Master balcony door barely opens. The master bedding was completely dirty pillow cases brown with what looked like blood stains. They smelt dirty. Blankets and sheets dirty and stained. We had to go buy our own. Hair in the bathtub and hair shavings on the nightstand. Dead bugs laying around. Vaccuum cleaner smelt like garbage, and every throw pillow smells horrid. And one has a giant gunk of what I hope to God is dried boogers. Soo soooo filthy for 2000. Never again will we stay here. Also we were told we wouldn't be allowed to move to a different room by maintence because his girlfriend is the building manager so he knew everything was booked lmfao. No wonder nothings getting done or held accountable for. "

"Very Nice, Relaxing Property
The rental was just as pictured. It was clean and well kept. The balcony offered a wonderful view! The beds were super comfy. The only information I wish I would have known was that the washer/dryer available on each floor of the condo are coin (quarter) operated. There is no change machine in the building and the area is currently in a coin “shortage” so we could not find anywhere to get quarters. Had I known the machines were coin operated, I could have been prepared and brought a roll or 2 of quarters. Otherwise, it’s a great property and I would stay again. "

"Great Vacation Will Be Back
The location of the property was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to do, and the beach was awesome. The beach wasn't overcrowded in this area, plenty of room. The place was nice, could use some updates, but overall a great place. Clean and quiet with a perfect view. We will def try to stay at this place again. Best family vacation we have had in a while."

"Nice stay, beautiful view, needs minor fixes
We stayed a few days in AII 4C and enjoyed it. Overall the place was very clean and enjoyable to stay. The bed was very comfortable, thank you for that investment.

Only a few things need minor fixing, like some of the dresser drawers in the guest room, and the sliding doors to the porch. One stuck closed, the other didn't close fully. Also the front screen door would not latch and blows open and slams into the wall.

Great location and building access. The grills downstairs were very nice and well taken care of. The beach access and property was maintained daily, including the flowers and plants. The pool was a bit cold.

Kitchen and amenities were good. Nice layout overall."

"Awesome and Relaxing
The condo was just as described! The view was beautiful. Some things weren't as clean, and an upgrade needed on pots and pans. Blinds were not all up. They had some under the bed. Those were very minor things and had no hindrance to our fun, or the magnificent wind and ocean sounds coming through. I slept a straight 6 hours on a Saturday, because the bed was so soft and comfy. I didn't even care. This place was just what I needed to get away. "

"Fall beach trip
North Beach was incredible to work with. Very responsive. The unit was clean and well furnished. The view was great. However, the windows need curtains rather than blinds as the bedroom is impossible to get dark at night and very bright when the sun rises, making it hard to sleep in. The same is true for the living room, the vertical blinds are missing several slats. Finally, the kitchen pots and pans need updating. Non-Teflon skillets are a pain to use and clean. "

"North Beach Realty Saved Our Vaction!!
Having never been to the Myrtle Beach area before, we originally booked in a part of town that was a bit rough. We drove north and located North Beach Realty who absolutely saved our vacation. We spoke to Tristan on the phone and she was so pleasant and eager to help us turn our vacation around. She helped us find exactly what we needed, and where our kids could feel comfortable and safe.
