CANCELLATION – The deposit as shown for the property at the time of the online booking is refundable of $500 CDN less a $35 cancellation fee for bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund less the fee. Bookings canceled at least 30 to 59 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund and bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the stay will be refunded up to 50% only based on the ability of the property to be resold.

"Very Enjoyable
This condo has everything a couple needs for a nice stay. The appliances are fairly new and the kitchen is well equipped. It looks out on a parking area which is bordered by enough trees to block most of the sound from the busy road beyond. The seating (couch cushions and dining chair seats) badly need new foam; we had to put pillows on the dining chairs to be high enough to use the table. (We are 5' 4" and 6 ft. tall.) The patio needs to be cleaned up and have a small table added to be useable. The working inner parts of the grill are thoroughly rusted and disintegrated making the grill unusable. Many of the basic channels on the TV were locked (unable to get ABC, Big Bang Theory, etc.). One end of a towel bar in the bathroom falls off the wall whenever touched. The kitchen needs pot holders for removing hot pans from the oven. The unit's location is very convenient to paths, Whistler village and Blackcomb. We especially enjoyed Pizzeria Antico, Beacon Pub and Eatery, Lost Lake, Alpha Lake, the Meadows area near the Sports Center and hikes all over the area."

"Excellent vacation condo!
The unit is a great home base. We enjoyed enough room, and were thrilled for fans and a/c unit. The location is quiet but so close to the stroll - you can be in both upper and lower village in a blink. It was clean and had all the kitchen pots etc. we could want. There are no condiments or other staples, so be sure to bring cone filters, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper etc. "

"Great location, Very clean unit, Easy Check-in and Check out.
It was a great location, very clean but we did have hiccup with the upper unit being extremely loud which is out of anyone's control. Gillian did respond immediately and assist to remedy the situation. If this didn't happen it would get 5 stars. I would still recommend this property to others though but for a couple of nights we got limited sleep. I do have to commend Gillian, the property manager though, she was extremely professional and helpful. Sometimes things don't perfect and your perception is how a individual responds and she gets an A+ in that department."

"Very nice stay
We had a quiet, low key week at the Gables 35 unit, which is just what we were looking for. It was perfect for us and our pup, Bowie. The unit is clean, well set up and stocked in the kitchen and for linens, and tastefully decorated. The Gables are a perfect centrally located complex, but just far enough away to be quiet and feel off the beaten path. Communication was quick and easy, as was check-in and out. "

"Cozy condo
This condo was cozy, comfortable and quiet and we felt very safe. Sanitizer and cleaning solutions were readily available. We loved our stay in Whistler. Access to the Happy Valley Trails and the Blackcomb Gondola were only a short distance away. We also discovered a scenic trail behind the condo which led to town. The property manager was so accessible and helped us overcome an initial difficulty. Thank you for that, Awesome stay."

Gillian, the property manager went above and beyond to make our 2 week vacation in Whistler awesome. A couple of things came up during our stay (loud neighbors up stairs) that she took care of right away. The condo is in a great quite location just outside, but just 3 mins walking distance to the main village. It was also nice to have a parking spot right in front of the unit. Looking forward our next stay there next year. "

"Mountain Getaway
We attended the PHE Canada National Conference in Whistler and found this little gem. This property is very clean and close to Whistler Village. Being located this close made it very interesting walking to the conference each and every day. I would recommend this location to any traveler who is looking for a nice quiet location with all the amenities. We really enjoyed staying here and if luck permits it we will stay there again. "A bad experience
It is the third time I stayed in Gables for my family ski trip. The last 2 were satifactory while this one unfortunately wasn't as pleasant. The house was not very clean, and the sofa bed was too old that I could hardly fell asleep throughout the night. "

The apartment was very easy to find and access was very simple via a key pad (no risk of losing keys). On site parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. The apartment itself was relatively spacious for a one-bed, but there are only windows at the front which meant that the kitchen/dining areas were quite gloomy. Also, not ideal if you want a lie in as the bin truck stops right outside and woke us up on the 2 occasions we tried to sleep in. That being said, the location is fantastic - a very quick walk to the village. The apartment was clean and well stocked. "

The unit was truly the most convenient location, walk to whistler or blackcomb lifts. The unit was clean and comfortable. A little dark and no views but a perfect place to land after a day on the slopes. Very limited TV channels which meant I ended up watching My 600 Pound Life. Never again! Excellent service by the property management people who couldn't be nicer."

Check-in and check-out was a little impersonal but rental experience was very good.
Main criticism would be that snow / ice clearance was not that effective and machine dropped by around 4am! Pathways either wet or dangerously slippy with meltwater / ice from adjacent heaped snow not removed.
Otherwise we were well impressed with apartment rental. Despite exchange rate post Brexit vote, space, equipment levels and quality all compared very favourably with overpriced European counterparts, "

Gables 35 is a wonderful choice for travellers wanting a quiet, clean and comfortable alternative to the typical tiny hotel room experience. The suite is a good size and layout with laundry, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and full kitchen! Parking is very convenient and it's easy to walk to the gondolas. Gillian is very professional and helpful and I look forward to booking with her again."

Maybe add $30-40 on to booking fee if necessary (ie place left in a mess) but don't fleece customers. Only stayed 2 nights but left the place really tidy"

"Gables is GREAT!
My girlfriend and I lived at Gables 35 for a year and are very sorry to leave due to some necessary bathroom renovations to occur. We loved the LARGE 1BR unit including separate dining and sunken lounge area. The kitchen was big enough, fully stocked and modern with stainless fridge and dishwasher. The unit needs a bigger flatscreen though. The location couldn't be better either. It's 90sec walk to the Wizard Chair and about 3min to the Whistler Gondola. Despite this awesome proximity to the village, The Gables is really quiet. So quiet that you can often hear the snow guns and groomers working at Blackcomb base, though this is not loud and does not inhibit sleep at all. Free parking, cable and wifi was included. The separate entryway/drying area is very convenient too. The only thing lacking in the complex is a pool and hot tub, but you can't have everything. I would definitely recommend this property."
