Conheci em 2018 a convite de uma amiga e só pensava em retornar com a minha família! Lugar perfeito, super organizado, tudo funciona, academia, piscina, apto super equipado, tem até um mercadinho no condomínio! Administradora sempre pronta a atender e ajudar com minhas dúvidas. Por motivo de força de maior, autorizaram um check-out mais tarde sem nenhum adicional! Muito feliz e satisfeita com nossas férias. Voltarei com certeza! "

"Perfect spot for my family
Our family of four really enjoyed this apartment. It was very easy to check in and check out, the real estate company was great about communication, and the apartment is very clean. The pool is quite nice, and it’s a short walk to get to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it’s not that far off the highway. We will definitely be staying here again."

The rental company couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. They were wonderful specially compared to the staff at the building who were down right rude. They ran fire drills while we were there. We turned off the water to fix something and didn't advise us. The apartment was clean and well equipped. But the pool in the building was DIRTY, unkempt. The building had some rules that were ridiculous to execute. ie: when coming back from beach use freight elevator. To get to the freight elevator we had to walk all the way around the building. Not fun when you are carrying chairs, towels, umbrellas, kids, etc. Don't think we would stay on that property again but would definitively use the rental company."
