"Nice Property - But...
I agree with other reviewers that this is a nice property with a great location. I have rented in this building several times before. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos. The only reason I would hesitate to rent this unit again is because of the seating. The plastic chairs are about as comfortable as they look. The sofa has no back and the seat is so deep it's impossible to sit normally- you have to lie down or lounge on it. Couldn't ever get comfortable!"

The unit was beautiful...very clean and well-appointed! We had a bit of an issue trying to figure out the TVs, so a manual would have been helpful. The location was perfect; close walk to the beach! I enjoyed having a specialized coffee drink from the shop in the building! A perfect week away!"

The place is very well located and close to the beach. The unit itself was perfect for our needs and very clean. Communication with Andrea was very quick as she is very responsive. We have been going to the same location for a number of years and this unit was very nice and nicely decorated. Definitely would stay again."

We were extreme pleased with our unit, the building and location. The unit was extremely clean and looked like it does in the pictures. It was very well equipped and easy to live in. There was never a problem getting chairs at the pool and we would definitely recommend to others. "

"Mala la limpieza del apartamento
La limpieza del departamento sobre todo en el living fue mala. Abajo de los sillones encontramos varios chupetes, plumas de un almohadón , botellas de agua , juguetes , papeles , etc . Cuando corrimos los mismos para hacer las camas apareció de todo, claramente no mueven los muebles para limpiar.
Faltaba una lamparita en la lampara de pie del cuarto principal, tuvimos que sacar la del living para darnos luz
Una silla de las playeras estaba rota, nos dimos cuenta cuando llegamos a la playa. Después lo demás bien.

We had a great time at Ocean Reserve. We stayed there last year as well. It is very convenient- five minute walk to the beach. The unit we were in was very clean and the balcony offered a nice view. The ocean was beautiful- went in everyday. The temperature was 78-80 degrees and was perfect! "

Hace ya 6 años que soy cliente de AYP rentals y siempre tuve excelentes experiencias. En particular esta ultima visita fui muy bien recibido por Fred Miguel y su trato fue muy cordial. Solo tengo dos observaciones pequeñas para que tengan en cuenta, la primera relacionada a la administracion del Edificio que nos proporciono FOBs nuevos pero en ningun momento de nuestra estadia funcionaron, y la segunda es que si bien son de cortesia, las sillas de playa del AP1508 estaban bastante deterioradas. Desde ya muchas gracias.

Everything was great except few things:
Shower would be much more convenient with the shower head w/hose.
Heater was not working.
Overall I would give our staying here 4 stars."

El apartamento era lindo pero:
- Pedimos dos camas separadas y la habitación solo tenía una
- Faltaban sábanas para el sofá del living y todos los elementos para poder cocinar mínimamente: Por ejemplo en el horno
- La cafetera no andaba.
- la señal de wifi era horrible
Cuando expusimos los problemas nos dimos cuenta que en lugar de tomarlas a bien, no nos creían. Nadie con autoridad llamo para ver que pasaba.
