I have stayed at Ocean Reserve a few times in the past. This apt was the best so far. Properly furnished, everything worked, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view was beautiful."

"Appalling. Bad communication and lack of response.
MY experience was not good at all from the moment I paid, since 35 days before the date of my trip, I told Juan Minella that I would not have the total number of days contracted. And I told him that I wanted to make a partial cancellation of that stay, he never answered me again and never gave me the possibility to return what I paid for the days that I did not use. Additionally, the apartment was full of bugs (cockroach type) and was quite dirty and neglected in its general appearance. I have not yet had an answer and no one contacted me to see my claim the second time I rent with the company but I think I won't do it anymore!"

The location was great, the check-in and check-out experience was perfect. There were three aspects that I didn't like: 1) The apartment wasn't that clean; 2) There weren't enough towels for the family and; 3) the hallways and other common areas weren't very clean."

Beautiful inside and out! Our stay was too short -would love to stay longer. The staff could not have been nicer and the pool was wonderful. We have stayed in many areas of Miami and this was quiet and relaxing. Would totally go back! Thanks AYP you are a class act!"
