"Rental at Sunny Isles Florida
This condo is beautifully situated on the bay with a wide veranda to sit and enjoy the view
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a spacious sitting area
2 issues were relayed to the rentor
Floors appeared clean but left is with black feet if barefoot. I mopped the floor but my visiting 1yo granddaughter still ended up with black knees
also the facet to the tub emitted only a slight trickle of water"

"Fantastic stay at Golden Bay 509
This is our 3rd or 4th stay at G-Bay but it was the best! The apartment was fully renewed, nicely decorated, very luminous and airy, with a wonderful view to the canals - sunset included! It had everything we needed: kitchen very well equipped, an enourmous TV in the sitting room, beach chairs. It was super clean. The area is excellent, in the heart of Sunny Isles, close to the beach (it is a longish walk. We prefered to take our car and parked by the pier), it is close to the supermarket or places to dine. Everything worked perfectly well and Andrea was always very warm and within reach if we had a question. We also like to be able to park our car ourselves rather than wait for Valet service as in other Condos. We defenitvely recommend this rental and AyP. Great service and a wonderful holiday!"

"Wonderful
This was our 8th year staying at different units in this building. The location is quiet yet convenient walk to stores, restaurants and beach. Secure parking is a plus with this location. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Overall, a very nice experience."

We stayed in the G Bay condo for 5 days. Excellent location and property. The apartment is beautiful. Big enough for 6 adults. Kitchen fully equipped. The view is breathtaking. The swimming pool area is also great. Best apt we have stayed in the area of Sunny Isles. AyP rentals professional as usual. Always eager to help. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. "

Accommodation at Golden Bay was good and well maintained, except for a few nuances (old equipment in kitchen, fridge not delivering water, for example). Check-in and out were very efficient. Price was a bit on the high side compared to similar rentals at the property."
