Bright and cheerful- décor has been stylishly updated with furniture that will make feel comfortable and relaxed. All bathrooms are ensuite and equipped with hairdryers, fluffy towels and high end bath products Large screened in patio with incredible views and equipped with dining table and lounge chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, BBQs available, or you can choose to go to nearby restaurants, many of whom deliver.. Phones connect free locally. White sand beach has pool, shaded huts, and umbrellas with lots of lounge chairs and tables and access is easy via elevators. WIFI throughout unit and beach. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Daily housekeeping except on Good Friday, Christmas day and New Years Day, Villa stocked with, and resupplied by housekeeping dish detergent, paper towel, bathroom tissue and fresh towels with your housekeeping service This Villa is fitted with the New Reme Halo Air Purifying system. They provided endless beach towels which is really nice as it allows for a fresh towel everyday. Maids were super friendly. We had unit 20 which is fourth floor end unit and had the extra balconies on the side and great views of the ocean. The office was very responsive to all of my email questions. Great location and close to lots of restaurants and across the street from off sale. We will definitely come back! We love the beach and all the amenities the area offers. This rental, however, was far from luxurious. Areas of the interior were in a state of repair/remodel that was unsightly. The kitchen had no space for food storage - other than the refrigerator. There were also no pantry spices for cooking, other than salt and pepper. We used the oven and discovered the kitchen was also missing a potholder! Also, the water from the dispenser in the fridge tasted terrible, as if the filter needed changed or a pipe was full of mold. We found the layout of the condo nice for a family. However, there were no family games or even a guest book for us to reference. We also had a less-than- professional phone interaction with the management when we needed to reset the A/C after the power flickered around 10:30 p.m. one evening. The pool and beach area was well kept. However, the area was not as closely monitored by security as it needs to be. Too many cruise ship passengers were allowed into the pool/hot tub areas for me to be comfortable with. Overall, the location was great but this specific property offered much less than what you would expect for a condo rental on this stretch of 7-mile.
