Ground floor. Three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront, fully equipped villa. Three king bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Enjoy our white powder sand beach located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. Televisions in all bedrooms. Each bathroom is supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Main master bedroom is on the ocean side of villa. Kitchen fully equipped. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), on these days supplied with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels. Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills by the pool and beach, all with easy access via your screened patio door. Our gym is a fully equipped workout facility. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. Free WIFI in villa, beach and gym. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Many restaurants deliver just add BENTO app to your cell phone. Villa 1 has free local calls. "The rate shown is for 1-6 persons, however the unit will sleep 7 persons in a rollaway bed/ cot.. There is an extra charge of $100.00 per person above 6."

I believe that due to the limited number of rental units, it is also very quiet (we were probably the loudest). We have already booked for 2020."
