So I called the # I was contacted with about the room being ready about the issue of receiving my deposit refund ($500.00). She told me that they would send me a check in mail and that all I needed to do was reply to the confirmation email as a reminder. Well after 3 weeks of calling and one text reply I've still not received my $500 refund. The person I've contacted will not reply or even answer the phone.
