"Perfect Beach Get Away
This spot is perfect! It is private and tucked away, your very own piece of paradise. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed. Was immaculately clean. Listening to the waves was wonderful, we can’t comment on any of the TVs as we never even turned them on; there was just so much to do! Surfing 10 steps from the house, awesome!! Loved the rooftop deck, what a spot for morning yoga! The kids loved the hammock. This spot is a true gem, we hope to visit again! "

"Location, Location, Location!
Just as described in VRBO website. Eclectic bungalow on A1A. The home is what it is...clean and efficient. The outside is amazing. Steps away from your own private beach. The views off the deck and roof top deck are spectacular. Caught an amazing sunrise one morning that was unbelievable. The house itself it equipped nicely. Stay was comfortable but we spent most days and night outdoors. Close to shopping and restaurants-easy to get in and out of. The downside if you can call it the lightning in the home is poor. The one bathroom in the main hall is very dim and there is no hallway light. The water pressure was a little low in that bathroom as well. No big deal we just used the other shower that was better lit and the water pressure is outstanding. The outdoor grill worked fabulously. Overall 10+ rating. I definitely would rent this home again if I were to comeback again to Melbourne Beach. One note...the bugs are bad-and since we hung out outside all the time including in the evening and the "no see um bugs" got us good. So make sure to have bug spray and wear long sleeves and pants when hanging out outside at night! This didn't ruin our trip...We just couldn't get enough of the view and the vibe of the home! "

"Secluded Oceanfront Getaway!
This was our 1st time ever to Florida and we couldn’t have picked a better location! The views and seclusion were incredible! The home was perfect size for our family of 4. I loved the fun decor and charm. The pics related to the property were a cool touch also. My oldest son and I are early birds and the layout allowed us to do what we needed to do in the morning without disturbing my husband and youngest son. Speaking of mornings...the upper deck was one of my favorite spots!! Watching the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee was priceless!! Also the built in seating outside was awesome!! All the amenities included were much appreciated and useful!! My boys ages 6 & 7 enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards very much! We literally had everything we needed and then some. The app included with the stay was quite helpful too. Only negative was lack of communication with the owner, but it in no way affected our experience. I have already shared the home with friends and would highly recommend to others interested. Thank you for sharing this home and allowing us to create these awesome memories together!! We would love to return in the future! ☺️"

"Me again
I did give a review of this Melbourne house Good Vibrations. We liked many things about the house, location was excellent.
Suggestions: Would be good to have a thin metal top rail member at the roof deck so the ocean view would be improved. Needs a garbage disposer & Dishwasher and much more kitchen lighting. Needs central heating rather than moving those little heaters around as needed. Very odd TV function but we figured it out eventually. Get rid of that vertical pole in the driveway near the house & fix the paving at the slight ramp to the top area."
