This home is ideally located within Suncadia Resort and is a short distance from the Lodge, Inn, Spa, Winery and resort restaurants and amenities.

This grand, lodge-style home boasts a large gas fireplace in the great room, soaring 25 foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with additional prep sink, restaurant quality gas range, and a second oven. The home has a total of 4.5 bathrooms, a large patio with gas BBQ, and views of the golf course from the two upper level decks.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king bed, direct access to patio and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed and private bath with a large jetted tub.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a private balcony.
• 2nd floor bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, a twin trundle bed, and TV.
• Lower level bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks.
• Lower level media/bonus room with queen sized wall bed and a bathroom with a large tile shower.
The home features satellite television service with a movie projector in the Bonus Media/Game Room, a large flat-screen TV in the great room and flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms. In the Bonus Game Room you will be treated to a beautiful pool table, 16 foot stand up shuffleboard table, large projection home theater system, and a bar. All the in-home entertainment options make Mountainstar Lodge a perfect retreat for large families or group getaways!
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $90 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **
(The Owners of Mountainstar Lodge have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Relaxing Getaway
The home was perfect for a group of 16. It had all of the amenities needed to enjoy a family getaway. The home was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was well stocked.the game room was great for rainy days stuck inside. Kevin was very quick and responsive. We also appreciated how check in and out we’re easy. I would highly recommend a relaxing weekend away in this beautiful home. "

"Multi-family vacation spot
A great spot for our annual trip with a group of friends. We came this year with four families with small kids and three single adults and had plenty of space to be together but not on top of one another. The kitchen was perfect for our group dinners. The hot tub and bean bag chairs in the basement were a big hit with the kids; the wet bar, grill, games, and space to lounge and chat were favorites of the adults. The only thing I can think of that I had hoped would be there but were not supplied were toddler plates/cups. We would come back next year except for that it appears the price has increased. We’ll keep an eye out for price cuts! ;)"

"Perfect Vacation Getaway
We stayed for a week at Mountainstar Lodge. We visited Mt. Ranier, Snoqualmine Falls, Seattle and Spokane. By far the best part of thr trip was the downtime in the cabin. It had everything we needed for our group of 12. Thank you for sich a great cabin! "

"Great Gathering Place
Three generations of our family gathered for Thanksgiving at the Mountainstar Lodge. We chose it because it almost had enough bedrooms and had a lot of built in acstivities we could enjoy as a family right on the property. The house was large enough that we could spread out and have different things going on in different rooms. We enjoyed our own family Turkey Trot on the path right next to the house. We had a t-shirt making contest, painted Christmas ornaments, made a Christmas wreath for each family, enjoyed relaxing in the the hot tub and had a ping pong tournament. We also were celebrating a 21st birthday and were delighted that there was the perfect bar set-up for having a cocktail party. We made a lot of fun family memories on this trip!"

Spacious, super clean and beautiful home in natural woodsy setting. Close to the walking trails which we enjoyed. The game room created numerous competitions and the large dining room table was perfect for sit down meals and table games. Our family loved it all & we hope to be back!"

"Decent house, needs professional attention
The homes location was ideal, size was nice. The sauna was not operable, the driveway was covered with ice making it difficult to even get in and out of our cars. Bigger inconvenience having children with us, as well as an adult who had just had back surgery. Several of the windows had water intrusion accompanied by a smell of previous moisture issue and potentially a mold hazard. Overall, and considering these issues, this home was not worth the price we paid for two nights."

"Winterfest 2021
This was a beautiful home! Very spacious, great lay out. The basement room was an absolute must! It provided us all with a perfect place to sprawl out and relax, make drinks, watch tv and play games. The shuffle board was awesome. The kitchen was great along with the double washers and dryers. This house had everything we needed for our large group and has persuaded us to permanently move our yearly Winterfest with friends to Suncadia from now on. "

We spent four nights in this lovely house. Great location and very quiet which allowed the family some much needed downtime. House was roomy and well furnished. Only issue we had was that a few beds were a bit itchy, not sure if it was the detergent used on the sheets. "

"Family retreat
This house was plenty big for the 6 adults and 6 children (ages 4-7) that stayed during our 3 day long weekend. The kids had a great time entertaining themselves either in the downstairs basement (pool, shuffleboard, ping pong), in the backyard which was a safe distance from the golf course and by riding bikes in the long driveway. The house is perfectly kid-proof and allowed the adults some time to focus on fixing great meals in a very large kitchen and enjoying some adult time.
There's a bike trail that you can pick up at the end of the street where you can ride all the way to the big park (Dawson).
The basement was a great night-time activity retreat when the kids went to bed.
My only negative comment was that the sounds on the projector tv cut out here and there while watching movies. There was also a sign that gaming consoles could not be plugged into the projector due to complex wiring which is understandable. If there was an easy way to make that work, that would be awesome.
Despite that small issue, we would definitely stay at this place again."

"Family Fun Weekend
Our families had a blast together at Mountainstar! It snowed during our stay, so the kids had a lot of fun outside, and they were endless things to do inside downstairs in the theater game room. The house has everything we needed and very comfortable bed rooms! The adults had a good time puzzling, playing board games and getting out to Swiftwater and the Spa. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Great house for a large group!
We had four couples and a few 'adult children' join us for a long weekend. It was a great time and the house is perfect for large group dinners/BBQs. The game room and bar area is great as well. I highly recommend this house for multiple families or couples. It is also great that each bedroom has king or queen beds rather than a bunk room in addition to the pull down bed in the game room. I wish more homes were set up this way. "
