They are in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Pets Not Allowed Vacation Rental Agreement World Class Property Management, Inc. (WCPM)
Thank you for booking your vacation with World Class Property Management INC. (WCPM). Please help us keep our home a vacation rental by abiding by neighborhood and county rules.
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between WCPM and the Guest listed below. By booking and signing, Guest agrees to the following terms, conditions, and county rules.
1. Guest Requirements Minimum age to rent is 25 years. The credit card holder, signatory, and responsible party must be the same person and at least 25. Any reservation made in violation of this rule will be canceled without refund. Maximum occupancy is: {{listing_max_occupancy}}, per Douglas County regulations. 2. Payments & Credit Card Authorization Payment Schedule: 25% deposit due at booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservations within 45 days of arrival must be paid in full at booking. Authorization: Guest authorizes WCPM to charge the credit card on file for rent, fees, damages, fines, and violations of this Agreement. Credit Cards: The name on the reservation and credit card must match. Guest agrees not to dispute charges that are consistent with this Agreement. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing. More than 45 days prior to check-in: Refund of payments made, less booking fee. 21–45 days prior: Option of 50% refund or 100% credit toward a future stay (same property, within one year). Rate differences may apply. Within 20 days of arrival: No refund or rescheduling. WCPM strongly recommends travel insurance. WCPM does not provide or sell insurance. 4. Weather & Events Policy No refunds for events outside WCPM’s control, including but not limited to: ski resort or casino closures, event cancellations, pandemics, storms, power outages, smoke/air quality, or forest fires. Exception: If all roads into Tahoe are closed for 12+ consecutive hours on the scheduled arrival date, Guest may cancel for refund minus booking fee, or 100% credit toward a future stay (same property, within one year). Rate differences may apply. Guest assumes responsibility for safe travel, including carrying chains or snow tires in winter. Snowfall is common in Tahoe, especially near Heavenly Ski Resort. Please allow extra travel time during storms. Traffic often slows or backs up. Guests are responsible for knowing current road conditions and following chain/snow tire requirements. Snow removal on neighborhood roads is handled by the city/county and is outside WCPM’s control. No refunds will be given if you find your lodging unsatisfactory. 5. County Rules & Enforcement (Douglas County Code Title 20.622 VHR Ordinance 2024-1635)
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No outdoor congregation or hot tub use during these hours. Noise Violations: County fines up to $2,500. One warning only; repeat violations may result in eviction without refund. Parking: Street parking is prohibited. Vehicles must park only in designated spaces. Failure may result in citation and towing. Occupancy: Limited to {{listing_max_occupancy}}. Over-occupancy, unauthorized events, or parties are grounds for eviction without refund. Inspections: Management may inspect for compliance with occupancy, parking, and noise rules at any time during the stay. 6. Property Rules No Smoking inside or outside. $500+ cleaning fee for evidence of smoking. No Pets unless home is specifically pet-friendly and approved by WCPM. Unauthorized pets = $450+ fee. No Fireworks, outdoor fires, or charcoal BBQs. Violations will be reported to local authorities. Furniture & Equipment: Do not move furniture. Ski/snow gear must stay in garage/mudroom. Lost Items: Keys $150+, garage/beach/pool passes $200+. 7. Maintenance & Refunds Guest must promptly report maintenance, cleaning, or safety issues. WCPM will make reasonable efforts to remedy but no refunds will be given for temporary loss of use (appliances, hot tubs, etc.). No refunds will be provided after check-out for unreported issues. 8. Hot Tub Rules (if applicable) Prohibited during quiet hours (9 PM – 8 AM). Guest assumes all risk of hot tub use. Minimum age 18. Misuse or extraordinary cleaning = $200+ fee. 9. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Unauthorized early check-in / late checkout may result in additional rental fees. Guest must complete posted checkout procedures, including bagging trash, starting dishwasher, and securing property. 10. Winter Addendum (Nov–Apr rentals) Driveways cleared after 6+ inches accumulation; service within 24 hours. Timing not guaranteed. No street parking allowed, Street parking is prohibited. Guest assumes risk of injury/property damage due to snow, ice, or weather conditions. 11. Liability Guest agrees to use property at their own risk. WCPM and Owner are not liable for accidents, loss, or injury due to weather, natural conditions, equipment misuse, or circumstances beyond WCPM’s control. Guest remains responsible for all damages, fines, or violations caused by Guest or invitees. 12. Amenities at Your Vacation Home ` Provided for Your Stay Starter kit: paper towels (2), toilet paper (4 per bathroom), trash bags, hand soap & dish soap Fresh towels, bed linens, blankets, pillows Basic kitchenware: pots, pans, dishes, cups, flatware, cooking utensils (Note: Each home is privately owned, so kitchen and bedding items may vary.)

"Fabulous property!
We LOVED this property! Very clean, updated appliances, high end linens, plenty of towels including beach towels. Very well stocked. They had hair dryer, ironing boards, irons, upstairs and down stairs laundry. Hot tub was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. Separate areas to hang out if you want some quiet time. Walking distance to coffee shop. So close to casinos, restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend! "

"Great Place for a Family ski Week
This property is excellent. Lots of room for our whole family. The house was clean, close to the Heavenly gondola and downtown amenities, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is well stocked with quality equipment. Easy check in and check out. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it."

"Cute Cabin Near Heavenly
The cutest cabin I’ve stayed in Tahoe by far! The management was very responsive with our needs, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and more, the cabin was so clean, modern, well kept & overall so lovely! There was good separation between the rooms / bathrooms and everything felt so spacious. The location is super close to Heavenly too. Highly recommend!! "

"Amazing!!!
This house was perfect. It accommodated my family better that expected. The pictures didn’t give it justice. The only thing I could complain about would be that there was a small construction site next door and they definitely did not follow the timing of the noise ordinance. That obviously wasn’t the host fault....the kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The neighborhood was super quiet and super close to water and the casinos. We spend our vacation in Tahoe every year and this is by far one of my favorites. "

"My Rescheduled trip
The house was perfect in every way. Half of our guys stayed here while thee others stayed at Harrahs and we met for dinner at the house. I own a restaurant so my chef and sous chef came up to cook for everyone and the only issue was the small BBQ but that wasn't a huge deal. Close to Edgewood so after golf for 2 days was so convenient just up the street. We look forward to trying to book this house again for next year's annual rounds. Not on VRBO though. The fees were a little high.

"Great South Lake Tahoe group getaway house
We had a mini-family reunion in South Lake and this house was perfect! There were 10 of us (5 couples) and we each had our own rooms and the living room / kitchen open area was the perfect gathering place for us all. Very well appointed, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and perfect. We are already planning next year's reunion here!!"

"July 4th weekend stay
Our extended family spent the long weekend and the experience was mixed. Good: - Location - Good amount of space & general amenities - Lots of dishes, linens, etc
Bad: - One of the rooms (back guest house) was not clean. There was some hair on the sheets. Had to change out the linens.. - There is no AC (per the listing), but there was a thermostat and "blower" that brings in outside air. This did not work in the back room and when I called the management company, they were curt and said the listing says "no AC" and said they would send someone...who never showed in the next two days. It was really hot weekend and we could not use that room during the day.
- The mgmt company is in general curt and not friendly..I asked if we could check in at 2pm instead of 4pm and got a curt response "Checkin at 4pm". I checked in that morning and we had driven up early and the place was ready but the company did not care to see if they could accommodate.
- The yard is simply not maintained and the bench outside is filthy..could not sit outside when it cooled down in the evening. The weeds are all overgrown and looks unkempt.
There are a lot of choices in Tahoe area and there is no need to pay top $$ and get this kind of a house and service."

"Tahoe House
The location was great, just minutes from Lake Tahoe. This home was very spacious, with enough rooms for all my guests. We enjoyed the fact that the house had two kitchens, two washer & dryers it was like having 2 houses within 1 house. We had a good comfortable stay. However I give this rental 4 stars simply because when we arrived there was a strong smell of beer coming from the garage. It seemed like when the trash was taken out, the contents of the bags leaked across the garage floor. Not only was the smell strong but it was also sticky. I contacted the property management to let them know and even offered to sweep the floor with soap and water but was told they would be sending someone to clean up. No one ever showed. Also, some of the sheets had stains. And some of the throw blankets smelled like suncsreen.

"Great location, great space
We celebrated my girlfriends birthday with 12 of our closest friends, and this was a great place to do it. Plenty of space for everyone with a bed to sleep on. Layout was maybe actually better suited to groups that like to split up. Neither common area was massive, but it was certainly big enough to accommodate us. We got a somewhat random, automated noise complaint - I did not think we were being to noisy nor did I receive a response to my reply. Water pressure in the shower was not good. But that’s not what it’s all about for us. I really would recommend this place for sizable groups. Awesome location being right next to town and less than 10 minutes from heavenly. Good parking. quiet street. All in all, great stay. 5 stars across the board."

"Disappointing Experience
I booked this house based on the great reviews but unfortunately our group did not have the same experience. When we arrived, there were a myriad of issues requiring our attention that did not reflect a vacation home at this price point.
Our first night, we did not have access to the studio unit as promised in the listing, despite trying the house code multiple times. Contacting the property manager that evening was not helpful, so we were down a queen bed and bathroom. A couple of us ended up sleeping on the couches. The next morning, the code suddenly worked.
Furthermore, the mattresses in the bunk room were initially off to the side and did not have sheets - we had to move them over to the bed frames and put on the sheets ourselves. The upstairs heater was not working - we figured out that the batteries needed to be replaced in the thermostat. The master bathroom shower also did not work - we ended up sharing two showers among the entire group.
To make matters worse, after our trip, I noticed that someone had added and charged us for an additional day, although I had never requested another day to be added. I only received the refund after calling the property manager and sending over our original rental confirmation.
Post-trip, I was also disappointed in the response from the property manager and owners. I called in several times and there was no apology or offer to make things right. Their response was largely that the house had many great reviews and that I needed to send over more documentation of the issues. After sending over more info, I never heard back.
Overall, the house was nice but not worth the price, hassles, and lack of support. This is unfortunately my first negative review as a longtime VRBO traveler."

"Great house for a family vacation
My family (10 adults and 1 child) and I stayed here for two weeks in August and absolutely loved it. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything was as pictured and described in the listing. There is plenty of space, especially with the additional kitchen/dining/living area upstairs. I had a couple of questions about the property and the property managers were friendly and helpful. There were lots of thoughtful details, like board games, baskets of blankets for lounging, and beach towels. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need for a two-week family vacation. It was great having two sets of washers and dryers for our large group. The home is also close to everything - it was a five minute drive to our favorite beach and it's walking distance from Stateline. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Family vaca 2021
The house was in a great location, close to everything. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac that led to A beautiful walking/bike trail through the woods. The area is quite and our grandchildren had a wonderful time riding there bikes. The home was very clean and spacious and lots of room for sleeping areas. Our two teenage grandchildren stayed in the separate living quarters and it was perfect for them! The younger grandchildren stayed in the bunk room and they loved having their own space. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the garage had games and room for the children to play. The hot tub was perfect at the end of each day. We will definitely be back!"

"Great Place!
House was plenty big for 8 grown adults! It is a little pricey compared to others. The house had everything we needed as far as cookware. Great games provided and overall cleanliness was great! The BBQ was super dirty unfortunately and the grease was catching on fire until cleaned out. Also there is a running/walking trail right outside our door at end of court great for getting our day going! Thanks again for it all. "

"Great Holiday Getaway
We've been coming to Tahoe for years and this home was one of the standouts. There was plenty of sleeping space for a large group consisting of babies to seniors. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook an entire thanksgiving meal. The stove was large and the oven was great. The fireplace is a welcoming amenity in a cold winter. The water was always steaming hot in the showers and never got cold. The toilet paper was in great supply and the linens and towels all looked, smelled, and felt fresh and clean. The couch was comfy and the parking accommodated our 4 vehicles without issues. We didnt have any issues with neighbors or noise. The location is great if you wanna be near the Casinos or grocery. Overall loved the place and the management was always quick to respond to our inquiries. "

"Good stay
The rental was clean and location was close to the casinos and restaurants. There's also a little trail next to it that we did not get to explore much of. Only issues would be the ac unit did not work well so it was kind of toasty in the cabin. "
