Cancellations made after final payment (within 60 days of arrival date), are not eligible for refund. You are financially responsible for the entire amount of the reservation less cleaning and pet fees. Please consider purchasing travel insurance in order to be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable prepaid travel expenses.

"Great Stay!
We had a wonderful time at the rental. It was perfect for a couple nights by myself and then I was joined by my family and dog. The hot tub, firepit and outdoor BBQ were great additions and we enjoyed hanging out under the trees and stars. There are lots of dogs nearby so keep that in mind if your dog does not do well in that environment. It was also pretty chilly at night, the heater works great in the bedrooms but if you are a blanket person like I am, you might want to bring a few yourself. The parking spots are also very small so if you have a bigger car/truck it might be a tight fit. Overall, would for sure suggest it to others. The perfect getaway spot from the hustle and bustle."

"Perfect Retreat
We loved everything about our stay here. The layout allows you to be together or separate, all the bedrooms are super cozy and have everything you need. The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the lovely scenery and also provide a lot of additional space to hang out. We loved the hot tub which was sparkling! We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was well-stocked. The location is great - close to many different types of destinations, including Armstrong Park, the coast and vineyards. We really enjoyed the easiness of Guerneville and had a nice dinner at Boon. We also loved driving to some of the surrounding towns. Duncan Mills was a favorite, and the cafe there has great food. The owners gave us great information and support; all the property requirements as far as check-in and check-out are very reasonable. Many great amenities and the whole property was spotless. "

"Great Staff at Wine Country
The staff at Wine Country we’re absolutely wonderful and helpful! When I had questions or needed something they replied right away, had answers and solutions. The home is a nice little place but definitely know there is no laundry or dishwasher and the rooms are extremely tiny. Also, looks and feels original minus the two bathrooms. There is no room or counter space in the bathroom-hardly room for 3 toothbrushes. The house needs a good cleaning. There is food on the walls in the kitchen next to the fridge handle and in the bathroom something is on the wall. Some people probably don’t mind but I like a clean house and it definitely needs a wipe down and the couch is visibly filthy, I would never sit on it. I couldn’t hang out inside because of all that I described but thank god those outside was amazing and welcoming. "

"Quintessential Northern Cali treehouse
My husband and I had a wonderful time in this cozy little treehouse on a hill amidst the redwoods. It's close to town on a quiet road. The house had everything we needed, though I would recommend some steak knives. The hot tub was great. We didn't use the separate bedroom downstairs. It's not connected to the rest of the house from the inside for those who plan to use it. "

"Sweet but petite
Hello, please see my review on VRBO. In summary, we loved some aspects of the rental such as the multiple decks, hot tub and fire pit, beautiful settingand very comfy mattresses. However, the house was not very clean (sticky counters, dishes needed re-washing, and dust and dirt clods in the window shades!?) and the cleaning fees, service fees, owners fees are exorbitant for what we received. Also, is not easy for more than 2-3 people as the space is so small inside, especially kitchen and bathrooms. Bathrooms could use some hooks and spots to store items. We called first day to request sliding front door assistance because the key and lock do not work consistently-however, no one returned our call or the subsequent texts. We called next morning to get more towels and did receive those."

"Great place for a weekend getaway
This place is perfect for two couples for a weekend. We loved the outdoor spaces, the proximity to the river and wineries, and the updated bathrooms. The place was sparkling clean and the property company did a wonderful job accommodating us. The kitchen does need a very necessary update since only one person can be cooking at once, a burner doesn't work, and there are some very important things missing (tongs for the bbq, wine glasses for 4). However, this didn't really impact us over the weekend other than getting creative about cooking. The hot tub was divine, and everyone slept pretty soundly! My advice would be to get rid of some of the google devices (we hardly used these and there were SO many in every room) and invest in some more kitchen essentials! Other than that very small detail, our stay was PERFECT! Would 100% stay again."

"Hey Google “this place is awesome”
We loved the Tree House. It’s exactly that. You’re high up in the redwoods. The rooms were very comfortable too. The various decks were great for reading and the hot tub was lovely. This house had everything. Also, the owners lived nearby. I felt secure that if there was a problem, it would have been fixed immediately. I’m kind of old school, but it was nice to use the “hey google” option for the house. I would totally recommend this place and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Getaway in the Redwoods
Great place to get away from it all amongst the Redwoods. Enjoyed spending time on the decks and hot tub. Even though you're close to other homes along the ridge, the fencing and bamboo made you feel as though you had your own private oasis. We brought our dog who felt right at home and the fencing allowed him to be off-leash when we were out on the deck. First time using Google Home, so that was fun telling Google what to do! Stace was very responsive and I would highly recommend staying at his home! PS even though it says there is no AC, there are wall units that kept the place super cool and comfortable!"

Beautiful home no question we will be going back. Stacie made everything super easy for us. We absolutely loved the privacy and perfect for our dogs to come. I run a dog hotel called Wag hotels and my pups go everywhere with me so it’s a must. I can’t wait to go back to the Tree Fort home ."

"Great escape to trees
The nature and landscape is breathtaking as you sit on the decks. Down below the rental is a bunch of goats that are adorable but don't seem to be active during sleeping hours. Narrow one way road up to house but never had a problem with other cars. Neighbors are super nice. GPS and phones do not work so you need to bring instructions. WIFI was great in the cabin. Dogs loved the deck and the walks we took with them. We would love to go back recommend Burkes canoe/kayak rentals because it is all down stream. The nearest rentals at a beach was nice too but you have to row up stream and then come back. On a funny note the place is computerize and some time when we told it to turn off lights it turned off water heater if this happens just ok google turn water heater on and the water was hot again about 2 hours later. It took us a while to figure it out. Super comfortable beds 3 doubles and one futon couch. We want to go back a little expensive but it was worth it."
