This fabulous 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right on the Comal River and just across the street from Schlitterbahn. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been fully remodeled and is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and the master has a King with a private bath and a deck overlooking the Comal. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The open living/ kitchen area is the perfect place to gather in the evening. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Look no more, this is the condo for you!
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the first floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact for pricing details. This property is $1700 per month.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Our 2nd time at Inverness Condos!
This was our second time to stay at these condos. This year we stayed in the Comal Corral condo. The condo was OK. It was situated more on the side of the building so we didn’t have a very good view from our balcony. The top of the refrigerator was very dusty and we found someone’s acrylic nails they peeled off on the back of the couch, which was pretty gross. The management company new Braunfels escapes is wonderful to work with very easy to communicate with and very quick to get back in touch with you. Next year, we will definitely try to get the cowboy corral unit which is where we stayed the first time."

"Nice Little Gem
Nice relaxing place to come with friends. A short walk outside and you are in the river. Everything was clean, neat, and had just about all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. This is my third time staying in this area and cannot wait to do it again. "

"Comal River Escape
Rental in a great location for floating the Comal. About a 10-minute walk to put in at Prince Solms Park. Unit itself was spacious, nicely decorated and had all the essentials one would need for a stay. If you drive a truck, the parking garage is very tight to get into and out of your designated space, but it was functional. The check in process was nice as they had a drop box to pick up my check in info and parking passes, so I did not have to leave Schlitterbahn early to get it."

"2022 Family Vaca
Biggest disappointment was a very dirty unkept pool most of the week we were there. Our unit had no space in the kitchen for our personal food storage. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. Location of property was great. "

"Very Clean and Great Location
This condo and the overall grounds were very clean. Love the location. You can take a short float down the river and easily walk back to the condo. Or walk and put your floats in at the park for a long float. It's perfect. Also just a short walk to downtown. The shops and food there are amazing. We had a great stay. Would stay here again. "

"Best weekend in a long time!
This was the perfect place to stay, even during a pandemic. The pool is close by to the unit we stayed in, and it felt great. Wasn't crowded at all at the pool or river. The river was gorgeous with stairs to access it as well. The float is in a horseshoe part of the river so its a great 30 min float and then you get out at the public access point and walk only 5 min back to the condo. There wasn't any crazy rift-raft compared to some of the other condos nearby. The unit was clean and comfortable. As far as HEB, liquor store, and restaurants; all within a few miles so it's really convenient. We will definitely be renting here again. "

A great experience. Check in was fast and easy. The condo was as described and was perfect for 2 couples. It was decorated nicely and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised that each bathroom had soap and shampoo supplied. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available. "

"Great Place and Location
Very clean and well kept unit. This was our 2nd stay in this building, first time in this unit, and it was great for a family with teens.
We spent one day at Sea World, 45min drive, one day at Schlitterbahn, walked there, and one day tubing from the condo to the last exit.
We had a lot of fun!"

"Friendly staff
While the home we stayed it was nice, there were definitely some issues that took away from our trip. We got the wrong rental packet when we picked up from the after hours box, so had to contact staff to get the right packet. While I was not upset about this and understand it was a simple mistake, it was a big inconvenience because of the driving around and we were traveling with a 4 yr old. Then when we arrived we found the pool was closed and there was a really tacky note by the property management attacking a local business who had installed a faulty lock. The bed in the master squeaked terribly with the slightest movement (when I took a deep breath it make a terrible noise). The final issue we had was a broken shower rod in the 2nd bathroom, which was a constant battle. The staff of New Braunfels escapes were kind and gracious when I reported the issues at the end of my stay. I would likely use NB Escapes again, but really wish this last stay had gone differently."

"Excellent Texas winter vacation
Totally enjoyed our stay in New Braunfels. The condo was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. The only suggestion would be more storage for food items. I could have rearranged glasses, dishes, etc. to make more space, but chose to leave things as they were since we were only staying for the month. We are definitely planning to come back next year."

"Friends, Schlitterbhan and the Comal River
Great 2 bedroom condo for immersion into a true TX experience. Easy access to both the Comal and Schlitterbhan. We also rented a cabana at Schlitterbhan . It was hot, Sunny and we had a blast. All of the other residence were super nice as well. Great stay definately going back! Condo was clean, all the amenities, very quiet at night and awesome A/C!"

"Great Location!
He had a great time at the Comal Corral condo. The condo property is on the Comal with a great view and easy in/out access to the river. We did think based on the pictures that this condo faced the pool/river, but it doesn't. It faces the visitor parking lot/other building. Which is fine, but we thought we could sit on the patio and view the river. You will have to walk to down two flights of stairs to get to the deck, and another 3 flights to get to the pool/bbq area.
Explanation of the reserved parking spaces should be spelled out better. We were under the impression that you could park in any spot under the reserved section, just as long as you displayed the correct color parking tag. Five minutes after walking in to the condo, we had security and people come to our rental to tell us we were in the wrong spot. When we went to move it and apologize, the 'owner' of the spot was pretty rude about it. She came back to our room after it was moved and demanded we were still in the wrong spot. When we got down there to show we moved it, they said oh, well we didn't check a 2nd time, we went to dinner and just thought we would stop by to tell you.... They didn't even say they were sorry to accuse us of not moving yet. Anyway, once that was out of the way, we had a great time. For three of us, it was our first time on the river. We would like to make it a yearly trip. "

"Great Spot, Wonderful value
This place was a wonderful place to stay. It was very spacious, and the décor was on par for a condo building that has been around for a while. Direct access to the river, which we ended up just hanging out more there than floating it. All amenities were provided, and we had an amazing time. My only advice is do not waste your money on passes for river shuttle pickup. You can literally walk to the public launch area to float the Comal. Also, make sure you have non-disposable containers. The police are out in their boats in full force. We witnessed people get tickets all day for having cans. Awesome place, awesome location, awesome time!
p.s. the covered parking should be considered an Olympic sport! Lol (it can be done just be patient)

"Great New Braunfels experience
We stayed in this condo for 2 1/2 months and our experience was extremely positive. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The Management Company was exceptional. Upon arrival the lights were on and the temperature was very comfortable. Very welcoming after a 3 day trip by car.. a couple of minor situations (how to operate the tv, new battery in door lock) were handled immediately and efficiently and in a very pleasant manner. Every person at New Braunfels Escapes was extremely friendly and welcoming and were very interested in our comfort. I would recommend them to anyone looking for rental accommodation."

"Father's Day Weekend
This was a terrific location. We had easy access to the Comal River. We walked across the street & spent the day at Schlitterbahn. It was so close, that we could go back to condo to rest & then back to Schlitterbahn. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed! We loved the grounds & deck at Inverness. We can't wait to return! We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for great service & accommodations. "
