"Miners Gold" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and The Stovehouse. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 3 BR, including 2 Master Suites, a sleeping loft, 3.5 BA, AC, and free high-speed Internet.

This newly constructed home features a luxurious great room that boasts a ledge stone gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and soaring 25 ft ceilings. Just off the great room is a private entertainment patio with outdoor dining for 8 and a fantastic gas fire pit.
The well-stocked Chef’s Kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops with seating for 4 at the large center island. The adjacent dining room table seats 8 comfortably. You’ll have all the essentials you’ll need to have a fantastic in-home dining experience!
Miner’s Gold includes two Master Suites! This main floor Master Suite is equipped with a Queen Bed and features a luxurious master bath accented by a large tile shower. Up a flight of stairs off the great room you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms, a King Bed Master with a private tile bath and a bunk room with a Twin over Full Bunk. The loft area overlooking the great room boasts a Queen Hide-a-Bed, and a Smart TV w/Blu-Ray (no cable). The bunk room and loft are supported by a spacious guest bath on the 2nd floor.
Just off the main floor entry is an additional ½ bath and full laundry facilities.
This is an ideal getaway for 2 families or up to 6 adults. There is sleeping room for 9 including the Hide-a-Bed. The central location of the cabin in Suncadia’s newest golf course community, Miner’s Camp, makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting! Walk to golf at the award winning Prospector's Golf Course, or take a short 1/2 mile drive through the resort to enjoy Suncadia's newest public course, Rope Rider!
For larger groups you can rent Pine Breeze next door and have two side-by-side 3 Bedroom homes!
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly $80+ "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **
(We need to let you know the owner has a cat they bring to the home. The house is otherwise not pet friendly. Please be aware that if you have allergies you could be affected by the cat dander.)

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Great accomodation with two masters
This was our second time renting this home in Suncadia for golf. They had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Probably won't stay there again as the AC doesn't work well upstairs, no second bedside lamp upstairs, and no TV in the Living room. We brought two fans with us for upstairs, but it was miserable as the AC can't be set lower than 68...which was fine for the lower floor, but not for the upper. During the HOT stay this week (110 degrees one day) we could not be outside. So the lack of a TV on the main floor was glaring. But the home is lovely."

We had a great time at Miners Gold, the location was perfect. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved the outdoor fire pit.
Only thing I’d recommend changing is an update to the pots and pans, most were old scratched nonstick."

"Perfect Weekend!
The house is in a very central location for walking to all activities. It is clean, cozy and well-appointed. There were even some Christmas decorations that we enjoyed. It was the perfect set-up for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom and the adult kids with babies had the upstairs. Loved that the one TV was upstairs in the loft, not downstairs in the great room. We used both the fireplace and fire pit a lot. Kitchen was well-equipped for all of our cooking needs. House was very clean and well taken care of. The management company sent several detailed emails so that we fully understood the policies and procedures. We would definitely rent this same house again!"

This place had everything we needed, nothing we didn't. The kitchen was more well-stocked than we expected. Beds were super comfy. My kids enjoyed the playground and basketball court that was right across the street. I could watch them playing from the kitchen! I would recommend adding a TV to the family room."

We enjoyed our stay. Fire pit was nice, as was short hike up to the signature 10th hole at Prospector for the views. Short walk to swim/fit center and lodge.
Our only recommendations: 1) add a TV to the living room 2) the backyard and front door deadbolts need some lubrication/adjustment. Difficult to lock."

"Great get away
this was the perfect spot for a get away with friends. Walking distance to the lodge, pools (if they had been open). Only downside I would say is apparently we were not allowed access to the pools because of renting thru VRBO which was not stated. it was not a problem in the COVID times and that it was not that hot while we were there but I cannot imagine being there with kids in normal times and not being allowed to take them to the pool!"
