Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. "Great property!
This is a great property on an ideal setting. Everything was well stocked and very clean. The management company was great to work with as well. The separate guest house was ideal for the 4 teens, while allowing our 6 adults plenty of space in the main house. Highly recommend staying here. There is nice access to the lake and the water felt great. "

"Great Location
Saw multiple deer throughout our stay. Even some rather healthy bucks. Got to feed one of the deer right out of our hands.
Very nice view and location. We were able to keep our boat in the water all weekend but it needs to be anchored firmly as there are waves from boat traffic. Even if you don't have a boat, you can swim all day at the beachfront. We even set up a tent with chairs and brought down food and beverages.
Family of 11 had a great stay. I wouldn't recommend any more than 11 persons though. We almost invited another family and glad we did not as we would not have had the space. House could use some updates. However, it had everything we needed especially cookware and utensils. Bring your own ice as the refrigerators do not produce ice.
Air Conditioning worked GREAT! Very glad about that since temps were over 100 all weekend.
We loved that the kids could sleep in the guest house while adults stayed in the main house. That's a great feature."

"Amazing trip
We had a very large family group, and there was more than enough room for everyone, even thinking about being on another sibling and their kids next year. The management team was very helpful and responsive to all questions before the trip. Overall we couldn’t have had a better time, there was not a single complaint among 7 adults and 6 kids. The house was more than accommodating for everyone. "

"Beautiful escape!
Despite having the wrong door code upon arrival, this property was 100 percent all we needed in a weekend getaway. The home was fantastic. The water access was great for adults as well as our young ones (2 year old and up). We definitely will make the effort to revisit this specific property again in the future. We’ve already recommended it to several friends. "

The place was beautiful, with a steep decline down to the water. Plenty of room, for my entire family. My only complaint, is that there were baby roaches inside the house, mainly in the main kitchen area, I know this is the country, so not sure, if this is absolute norm.... "

"Vacation Stay
The house view of the lake is awesome. The house layout is very nice and clean. The yard needs a mowing and landscaped. Icemakers didn't work in refrigerators, an electrical switch in the master was broke but worked somewhat, carpets were stained from other guests. The walk path down to the water was nice but the ramp road to water was eroded from run off water and the portable ramp was not water worthy. Kitchen sink nozzle was loose and didn't work as designed. Cottage was nice and location was very good. I would definitely stay there again and hopefully owner fixes some of these problems. All in all it was a good experience. "

The property was very home like, it felt very close to being at my families house when me and my friends stayed there! there were enough beds for everyone to lie in. No one stayed on a couch at all! i absolutely enjoyed out stay! i will definitely be back. "

Great experience overall. The location and view
Was amazing!!! It was a challenge getting to the waterfront which was not expected. The slope and loose gravel was a challenge.
Had some issues with ants on back porch and silver fish in the bathroom.
Beds in the cottage were hard as a board. Overall we loved it!"

Awesome house & cottage on crystal clear Canyon Lake. Had a party of 18 within the 2 that slept comfortably just 100 ft or so up from the lake. The view was unbelievable. About a 15 min drive to float the river. Will definitely be back. "
