Just out the back door is the Suncadia Trail for you to walk, hike or bike through the scenic resort or go to the kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 3 BR including 2 Master Suites, and 3.5 BA. Ten guests can sleep comfortably on beds.

This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Just off the great room is a spacious patio that boasts comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, and a private Hot Tub that seats 6 to 8!
The well stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, gas cook top, granite counter tops, and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master suite has a king bed, a large Smart TV, private access to the back patio and a private bath with a dual head shower and large soaking tub.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Just outside the bunk room is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* Up a flight of stairs and you’ll enter the cozy loft that boasts a double sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV with PlayStation 3 and over 15 games.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.
This is an ideal getaway for 2 families, or 2-3 couples. The central location of the cabin in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Parking space for up to 3 cars. Suncadia prohibits street parking. Additional cars may park in the Prospector Inn parking lot. "

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Review of Sweet Retreat, Memorial Day weekend, 2025.
Overall, a great facility. There were some problem areas, however:
1. The sidewalk in front of the main door has had the cement washed away leaving very sharp, exposed aggregate that was impossible to walk on unless you were wearing footwear.
2. The hot tub cover and lifting mechanism are problematic. A stern message warned users that they could be responsible for a $500 cover while the coved itself needs to go to an upholstery shop to have the material attaching the cover to the lifting mechanism repaired.
3. We did not realize the appliance on the kitchen island was actually a microwave too until we were abut to lean. Not intuitive at all.
4. Minor, but annoying as ****. Not one knife in the kitchen was sharp in any way."

"Fun Family Time
We had an excellent stay at Sweet Retreat! The house was super clean with so much room for everyone to relax and unwind. It is in a great location and the area was quiet. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to make a meal. It was also nice to have 2 different options for making coffee. You will want to bring your own spices, oil, zip locks and foil though. The beds were all comfy and the hot tub was greatly appreciated! Alicia was wonderful and really quick to respond to our requests. Thank you!!"

"Comfy Home Away from Home!
We had a girlfriend’s weekend (5 ladies) and stayed at Sweet Retreat. The house was in a great, central location for easy access, close to the lodge, excellent walking. The 3 rooms had their own bathroom either as an on-suite or close by. The great room concept was perfect for socializing, cooking, playing games. The loft was cozy for watching movies! The outside, covered patio would be nice for all seasons but we had great weather. It does back up to the Main Street but privacy fencing was helpful. Road noise minimal. We didn’t use the hot tub but it appeared clean. Lovely place. We will be back!"

This is a beautiful house in suncadia. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. You’re close to Roslyn and Ronald and not too far from downtown Cle Elum! My family and I had such a wonderful time. I would highly recommend. "

"Sweet stay at Sweet Retreat
Excellent space and nice layout. Convenient to Lodge, spa, winery. Disappointed the construction crew working on a neighboring house did not observe the "quiet hours" (starting at 7 Am) but were accommodating when we asked them to move their large trucks so we could exit the driveway. The homes wooden blinds need a good dusting. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"Birthday Gift
The site and location is beautiful and peaceful. The homes are very nice, well equipped. My particular unit could have used a deeper cleaning regarding the beds. The staff at the lodge were very nice however there is a bit of construction going on. The trash truck was there around 6ish on Friday. Not a deal breaker though. Overall good stay. Would highly recommend. "

"Weekend at Suncadia
The house is beautiful and well furnished with everything you need (except a wine opener but found one at the gift shop;) The only thing that would have made it better is a little earlier check in than 4pm and a little later check out than 11am to actually consider it a weekend (which is what you pay for). But would definitely recommend this house. "

"Had a great time!
We had a great time, and overall loved the house! We loved the gas fire pit with comfy chairs, hot tub, and comfortable living room seating. A few things that could be improved: broiler in the oven wasn’t working, one bedroom didn’t have a dresser, and the hot tub had a few issues. Once we found the hot tub breaker on the fence (behind a pine tree), and cycled the power, we got most of the Jets to work, but one corner seat didn’t work at all. Also the temperature in the hot tub was extremely hot no matter what I set it to. We worked around this by turning the breaker off and on to limit how much the heater ran. The one thing that can’t be changed was that this house is next to the main road which leads to some traffic noise during weekdays, but mostly we were able to tune that out. "

"Weekend Wedding Getaway
We originally planned on celebrating our daughters wedding at Swiftwater Cellars this weekend, but of course had to postpone to 2021 and instead we had an intimate ceremony outside their rental on the snowy golf course. It was a beautiful weekend and our home was perfect for me, my husband and the grooms mom. Peaceful and quiet, it was the perfect place for us to rest and enjoy some solitude in between all the celebrating. We loved the master bedroom and spacious bathroom. And the other guest was very happy with her room upstairs. And although we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, it looked very inviting and we enjoyed the fire pit outside with the snowy atmosphere and our hot cocoa and wine. We loved that the house was very central to everything. It was beautiful, very clean and so nicely decorated. The perfect spot for the parents of the bride and groom. "

"Sweet Retreat
The house was beautiful and was close to Swift Water Cellars which we walked to. The set up of the house was nice and had everything we were looking for, a hot tub, fire pit and a big kitchen to cook.
The only thing was when we were leaving, there was a truck parked right outside the house 20 minutes to 11 o'clock. Not sure if they were the owner but they were obviously waiting for us to leave. We were promptly out of the house at 11 and the trucked pulled up to make sure we think. Felt a little pushy. "

"Beautiful Snowy Surprise retreat
My wife and I are in the middle of moving. While we are in between homes and living with family we wanted a getaway. This home did not disappoint. Suncadia is a wonderful place to spend a long weekend. We got a surprise October snow during our stay which made it all the better. The house was well appointed, bigger than the pictures let on and very clean. I am sure we will be back!"

Well-appointed home with a great layout. Property was clean and well-maintained. Communication with All Seasons was excellent and prompt. Close to the park, lodge, and a few restaurants. We are hoping to return soon! One thing to note - the backyard isn't fully fenced and the house is on the corner of a semi busy street so having young children running outside would require close supervision."

This was the perfect rental for our girls' weekend get away. Easy location to walk to both the lodge and Sweetwater Cellars. The fire pit is in a weird location but we still enjoyed using it! Hot tub was clean and great for night time relaxation after hiking around during the day."

Excellent stay, great house, great location, all the amenities needed for an amazing family stay. We had a challenge getting the hot tub to heat up and Colby from maintenance was there within 15 mins to get it working and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
