Family cottage for rent in Bradford NH on Lake Massacecum. Has 3 bedrooms. One room has a double bed, another has 2 single beds and the last one has a set of bunk beds. All the bedrooms have a bureau and the room with the single beds has a small closet. It has a fireplace in the living room. The sofa has a pull out bed that one or two people can sleep. It has a screened in porch over looking the lake. Renters have full access to the lake, dock, small beach and fire. pit. The bathroom has a stall shower. It would make a nice place for anyone who might want to do some hunting in September or October.

Dogs are allowed at the discretion of owner. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to a family member is allergic to them.

Located 15 minutes from Mount Sunapee and the Mount Sunapee Adventure Park. The Adventure Park has Canopy ZIP-Line Tours, Miniature Golf, Disc Golf and much more. Sunapee Harbor where the MV Mount Sunapee that will take you on a narrated cruise around Lake Sunapee, enjoy the Riverwalk that offers an interesting and scenic stroll, there is also the MV Kearsarge which offers nightly dinner cruises. There is also the Evolution Bike Park which has over 5 miles of trails. For all you NASCAR fans the cottage is about 45 minutes from NH Motor Speedway. You will also be an hour from the lakes region where you can find Weirs Beach, The Mount Washington Cruise Ship, Canterbury Shaker Village, Tanger Outlet Mall, Castle in the Clouds, Laconia HarleyDavidson, Mt. Washington Cog Railroad, Polar Caves, Storyland, Santa’s Village and much, much more.

Off Season (June) and Hunting Season: $1000 a week and $3,500 a month,

Peak Season (July) $1,500 a week and $4,500 a month

Refundable Deposit of $250 upon inspection of cottage at end of stay.
