Enjoy water skiing, boating, playing volleyball at the sandbar, going out for ice cream, pizza and coffee by boat. This home comes with a pontoon boat (in season). Golfing is 5 miles down the road. This home is equipped with all your vacation needs. You will not need to bring anything but the clothes you'll need. Linens, beach towels and any other kind of towel you'd need are provided. There is a wet bar off the terrace, laundry, and much much more. The living room is great to sit around watching your favorite sporting event on the HD 50'' flat screen TV or watch from your bar stool at your very own wet bar!! Perfect for families with children. We have great feedback from all guests!! Winter months are awesome as well. Four seasons of fun!!: This property offers more then just summer fun. In the fall enjoy leaf peeping, pumpkin picking, hiking or chilling out on the beach by a fire. In the winter months have a blast skiing, skating, and sledding, with so many ski resorts close by. Whether you are looking for a quaint family mountain or mountain for big time skiers, you will find it all locally. If you are getting cabin fever and tired of the winter months start off your spring with a nice relaxing week or weekend away. There is plenty to do in the spring or just sit and enjoy the spring time in Ossipee NH on the lake. You can sit on the beach by your campfire reading your favorite book or in the jacuzzi. This property is perfect for adult fun and very child friendly. Perfect for families with children!! In the lodge there are five bedrooms and three of the bedrooms have bathrooms attached. The loft has six twin beds. Master has king size bedroom set. The second master bedroom has a queen size bedroom set. There is a TV with cable in every bedroom. The two bedrooms in the cottage have one queen bed in one and one twin over full bunk bed in the other. There are 3 full bathrooms in the main house and 1 full bathroom in the cottage There is HD TV/cable and Apple TV in the living room and the downstairs wet bar with HBO GO, Netflix, Showtime and all the other basic channels Apple TV comes with. There is a 50' HD TV, with a surround sound stereo system, Apple TV, DVD, VHS, and a 5 disc CD player in the living room with a fireplace and views of the lake. There is a 27' HD TV, Apple TV behind the wet bar with a stereo system, with outdoor and indoor speakers, and a 5 disc CD player. Perfect views of the lake from the bar with a walk out patio, with a hot tub overlooking the lake, to the private, 100', sandy, gradual sloping, shallow water, perfect beach with a 50' L shaped dock and there is an 8' x 8' swim float. Enjoy fires on the beach and 2 dining tables on the deck. There is a horseshoe pit in the side yard and there is a ping pong table, dart board, kids foosball, bubble hockey game, and an outside basketball net. Everything you need, you'll have here at this vacation home including a gas stove, hardwood, tiled and carpeted floors, wireless internet access, water softener filtered house water and reverse osmosis drinking water
