"Sunset Haven" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, on the 18th Hole of the award winning Prospector Golf Course. Walk to the Prospector Clubhouse or The Lodge for dining and recreation! The whole family will enjoy the well-furnished outdoor living space with fantastic views of the 18th fairway. Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 4 BR including 2 Master Suites, 3.5 BA.

This tastefully decorated, 2,600 sq. ft. home features a very comfortable open-concept great room with a large sectional and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 50” TV with Cable.
Just a few steps off the great room is a private covered patio with fabulous golf course views, a gas fire pit, private hot tub, and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered patio makes it a great spot to sit back and relax year round!
The well-stocked chef’s kitchen boasts stainless appliances and a large, granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.
Just off the great room is a Twin over Full Bunk Room with a private door leading to the back patio. Upstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The larger of the 2 master suites is furnished with a King Bed, and a Twin Bed with a Twin Trundle. The private bath is accented by a walk-in shower and a jetted soaking tub. The 2nd master suite contains a King Bed and a private bath. The third bedroom on the second floor features a Queen Bed and is supported by a double sink guest bath just outside the door. The living room has 1 pull-out chair for additional sleeping and just down the hallway is a 1/2 bath.
This is the perfect getaway for up to 3 families or 4 couples.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Mother’s Day get away
Great house, good location and very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and great patio seating area with hot tub and BBQ. It was fun watching deer stroll by in the morning and star gazing by the fire pit at night. We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Haven. "

"February Getaway
We have stayed at this home before and it was amazing but a few things need fixing or updating to maintain the perfect experience. We had to call to have the fireplace fixed as it would not ignite. After the repair person left the fan came on and it was so loud you couldn’t hear a conversation over it. The hot tub didn’t stay hot and when the jets were turned on it circulated very cold water. 85 was about as high as it got so our young daughters braved it but not adults."

"Sunset Haven Suncadia
Very nice for a family. Beds were extremely comfortable and bedrooms stayed quiet with loud preschool children running around downstairs. Great kitchen cooking equipment; but baking utensils lacking. Easy to find, excellent instructions. Missing a bit of coffee or sugar for first am coffee! Spotless; but dusty(maybe no one has been there recently) Would stay here again. Location was great and deer in the yard everyday! Hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit fabulous!"

"What a great house!
We did a girls trip and we had plenty of room to talk around the island, sit at the long table, and sit around and watch shows on the couch. Plenty of beds and room for sleeping also. The kitchen is huge, but may not have everything you need. The hot tub and undercover area was great and the location is excellent. The management company was very accommodating and great to work with. "

"Sunset Haven Family Getaway
This was our second year in a row that we stayed in this house for a summer gathering with our three daughters and their families and it again was a great experience. The house was plenty spacious for all 10 of us (including 4 grandchildren), had a great patio and outdoor dining area that handled all of us comfortably. The house location was perfect, situated on the Prospector 18th fairway and easily accessible to lots of paths and trails. The house was well appointed with all of the amenities that we needed to feel right at home."

"Great Family Weekend
My husband’s side of the family had a wonderful stay! Lots of time laughing and telling stories at the fire pit. All the rooms were comfy. Kitchen was well-appointed. Super clean, great location near trails and the lodge. Upon checking out, I started the first load of towels, as the directions requested, and noticed the dyer latch was broken. Called All Seasons to advise, so it has probably been fixed by now. "

"Great thanksgiving weekend
We rented 3 houses and this house served as the hub for all our thanksgiving festivities. It was the perfect house for everyone to come together and cook and play games. We had a wonderful view of the golf course and watched the snow come down. The kids even used the hill right outside the back door as a small sledding hill. "

"Wonderful place!
We had a mom's weekend here - and it was a perfect place to relax, hang out, and connect. Whether it was the comfy living room, hot tub or the fire pit - the house was spacious and easily accommodated the 8 of us. We took a quick trip to Roslyn for lunch,

"Loved the house
The house was perfect for our 10 guests. The listing does say it sleeps 12 but I have no idea where the extra 2 would go. The couch in the middle of the living room? The house had everything we needed though labels in the large kitchen would be helpful. It is a good location, about equidistant from the winery and the lodge."

We stayed at Sunset Haven with some family from Northern Ireland and everyone had a wonderful time. We had golfers who loved the course and the view from the back of the house and others who enjoyed the trails and wine.�� we had an amazing stay with no issues and all questions answered by All Seasons staff. "Great Weekend!
This was my family's first trip to Suncadia and we loved it. Sunset Haven was fantastic and just what we were looking for when spending Mother's Day Weekend. My two kids loved the bunk beds and the fire pit, not to mention the great parks in the area. We spent the warm evenings sitting out in the backyard, grilled some steaks and enjoyed the atmosphere. The house was quite nice... great bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable living room for the family. We would definitely recommend."
