The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 5 at the large kitchen bar, and the over-sized dining table seats 8 comfortably.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV w/DirecTV, direct access to the back patio and a private en-suite bath with large walk-in shower, a soaking tub and dual sinks.
* 2nd main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV w/DirecTV and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 3rd bedroom on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV w/DirecTV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom with a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bonus/bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunk beds, a couch and TV w/DirecTV and an XBox gaming console.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

We had a great time. House was fantastic. The area was fantastic. Since we went in April, there were very few people there. Only low point was the hot tub, water was cloudy strong chemical smell. Used it once, made sure to shower after wards. "

"Winter wonderland in the woods
My extended family had our winter rendezvous at BUttercup Manor this year. It was a big house with all of the spaces we needed and more! The kids loved the garage game room and Xbox, and the location to sled hills on the golf course was perfect. The house was clean, aside from pretty dirty windows, but interior was good. My only issue was I wish the house was a bit better stocked. Could have used more towels, and a few kitchen niceties like kid's plates, bowls, cups. Also, I enjoy it when the house has a pile of games to play. There were a few, but I recommend bringing your own. It was a very nice, cozy place, hope to stay again in coming years."

"Nice stay at Buttercup Manor
Perfect family gathering place with a great layout. We celebrated a 70th birthday and the open concept kitchen into the large great room was awesome. Bonus room upstairs had two bunk beds and a couch with plenty of play space for the kids. Always great walking and bike riding in Suncadia neighborhood and the big toy park area was close by. Only complaint was the downstairs bedrooms were too cold despite turning up the thermostat. Upstairs guests were too warm and downstairs guests were too cold. I didn’t reach out to the property rental company during our stay to address the issue but would do so before renting this property again. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Buttercup Manor!"

" Anniversary Trip
We had a nice time with family.
Nice, secluded lot with large driveway.
Pros: room for 16, nice master, fun game room, hot tub, registration process worked smoothly.
Cons: not enough dining room chairs (only six at the large table and 4 bar seats, downstairs half bath has a funky sink/faucet that is not quite fitted right and makes a mess. Kitchen placement of refrigerator & pantry make for a tight fit. Cabinet under kitchen sink needs some tlc. Also, we were blasted with emails about policies just days before about what not to do & fines about parking...over the top. Made us unnecessarily worry that we made a bad decision with our reservation."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in buttercup manor. Bedrooms were comfortable and worked for our family of 8 kids and 8 adults (4 couples). The kitchen was great for multiple cooks, well supplied with dishes, pits and pans, etc.. the game room was lots of fun and well used by kids and adults."

"Our Second Visit
We had such a great time staying here in March that we decided to come back in November. What’s not to love about this home? It’s beautiful, spacious, well designed. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, playing in the game room, and just gathering in the large living room around the fireplace. The kitchen is big and well stocked. We cooked and baked every day. There is plenty of seating space for meals. We are a three generation family ranging in age from 4 - 70. Everyone had a fabulous time. Working with the staff at All Seasons is a pleasure. We have left something behind on both visits and the cleaning staff found our items and the office staff worked with me to arrange the returns. Suncadia is the perfect getaway for our family and this home is the one we want to stay in every time!"

"Fun place to stay
We enjoyed our week end at this property. There was a problem with the hot tub and a faucet. Both were taken care of by the company quickly. I would suggest that beach towels be provided for the hot tub. Kitchen needs a few thing. We had to buy salt. Really enjoyed the fire pit."

Cabin was very clean, spacious and beautiful. Enough seating to accommodate our family and well stocked kitchen. But one complaint that we had, is there were not any big pots for cooking (only medium/small size) also the nonstick pans were VERY scratched up and in need of being replaced. But other than that, everything was nice. "

This was the perfect home for our annual family weekend! 8 adults, 3 kiddos and an infant and all were very comfortable! The layout is ideal! The game room kept the kids and adults entertained! The property was expansive, accommodating six adults and three children. The game room in the garage was quite entertaining. Enjoyed the gas fire pit and hot tub. And also took advantage of the membership at Roslyn Ridge activity center pool. My only negative is there was no food storage containers provided, would have brought my own had I known. "

"Great multi-family house
We rented Buttercup Manor for our annual multi-generational vacation--6 adults and 5 kids. It was a great spot. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and lots of space to spread out. The adults hung out in the great room and the kids loved the bunks and TV in the large upstairs room. The back patio was a great place to hang out and eat meals when the sun was out.
The trees on the property provided seclusion from the houses next door, and the cul-de-sac was quiet.
Lake Easton State Park was about a 30 minute drive for kayaking and swimming at the public beach. And we went on several kid-friendly hikes that were a short drive away.
We had a couple issues while we were there (with the dishwasher and coffee maker) and the rental manager responded quickly and each problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. This would be a good spot for multi-generation, and multi-family getaways. "

"Perfect Multi-Family Vacation Home
We loved this home. The 4 king bedrooms and 1 queen room was perfect for 5 couples, and the bunk room housed all of our 7 kids. It was the best layout. We've stayed at lots of rentals in Suncadia and this was our favorite. The only complaint is that it was pretty far from the lodge and activities, and no access to swim fit center. "

We rented Buttercup Manor for a summer birthday getaway. We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed spending our evenings around the gas fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. The home was situated in a quiet and private location. We rented canoes, atvs, and spent a day in Leavenworth so there were plenty of fun things to do. We are looking forward to coming back soon to do some wine tasting and golfing. Highly recommend Buttercup Manor for a great family vacation or fun with friends. "

"Buttercup Manor January 2019
This was a wonderful spot for our families to come together and enjoy the snow. It checked all the amenities we were looking for and was perfect for all ages! There were only a couple things that we wish could have gone better. The 2 king bedrooms on the 1st floor were very cold at night and didn't warm up until the middle of the night. On the 2nd night the hot tub stopped working and so we were unable to enjoy that amenity. Other than that the management was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would definitely come back! "

"Lovely home
Lovely home, well-maintained, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, room for all 16 in our group to spread out. Location is private, if desired; not near parks, if that matters. Kids liked seeing deer, rabbits, turkeys. Enjoyed Roslyn and Cle Elum museums, floating the river, walking, biking, local restaurants, and creating glass objects at “Fused”. Attempted to attend kids’ activities at the lodge area, but despite promotion, the folks there didn’t have it together, which was disappointing. All in all, we had a great time on our first stay in the area. The only reason we would not return to this particular property is the bathroom setup; it did not work for us. We had 5 couples, 5 teens and a 5-year-old. The 2 full baths downstairs were ensuite, so inconvenient and impractical for general use, with only a powder room near the den w/Q. The single upstairs full bath had to accommodate two king bedrooms, plus the bunk room, so 2 couples and 5 teens upstairs shared that bathroom, which just did not work. Kitchen was generally well-equipped. From past experience we bring our own electric griddle and crockpot, and it was good we did, as those were not included. Large mixing bowls and ice cream scoop are needed as well. The extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage was appreciated, as was the large pantry. The first day (Monday) we discovered GFI outlets in the powder room and upstairs bath didn’t work and called. Maintenance showed up on Wed., and the electrician on Thursday. We checked out on Friday, so we were essentially without those outlets most of our stay, although it wasn’t a real problem for us. The sink/faucet design in the powder room is a real problem and caused severe leaking, which we cleaned up and reported. Again, it’s a design flaw and not a maintenance issue, and will continue to cause damage if not resolved. We would recommend this house, but as mentioned, if we return to Suncadia we will look for a "

"Buttercup Manor
Beautiful home in a private setting, looks brand new inside. We had 8 guys for a golf weekend, and we're always looking for properties where 8 adults can each have their own bed, and this worked. There are four bedrooms (K,K,K,Q), which include 2 large masters on ground floor. There is a bunk room upstairs which is great for kids, but not ideal for adults. Would ask if this could be setup as 2 doubles and 2 singles, as there are additional mattresses in the garage.
Nice private deck and hot tub area. Everything was top notch. The home is located in the far SW corner of Suncadia, but still a short drive to the lodge or winery. My only recommendation for families with young kids planning to ride bikes, they may want to consider the proximity to the lodge.

We celebrated my wife's 40th at Buttercup Manor and had an amazing time. The house was as described and easily accommodated our group. All of the homes amenities were clean and functional. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to cook for a large group. No downside to this home. "
