This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center, a private facility! This facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment and just a short walk from the cabin.
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The facility is open starting Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend weather permitting!

* Main floor bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed.
* The upper floor loft features three sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* The upper floor rooms are supported by a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor has a 1/2 bath.

"Relaxing stay...great home!
We really enjoyed our stay at Cascade Pines. The home was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had 6 adults and 3 littles and had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the community pool facility, the hot tub at the house and the beach. We explored the Suncadia trails, as well. "

"Great place for the whole family
6 adults and 5 kids 8-4. Three rooms with king sized beds for the adults and bunk beds for the kids. Lots of room and very well appointed. The only thing I’d suggest is to have more seating in the main living area. They accommodate 13 people (we had 11), but just not enough seating for everyone. A few more living room chairs by the fireplace would have been nice, and there is room for more seating. Very clean. Allowed dogs but really no sign of hair or doggie smell. We brought our labradoodle and she loved it. There was snow and the kids had a blast, then enjoyed the hot tub. Never turned on the TV. Great private setting on a cul-de-sac. Easy to get in and easy check out. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and gas bbq was very handy. I left me wedding ring on the night stand and Ilea and Alicia in the office were very helpful. Mailed it back to me within days. A great family getaway and no hassle. "

"Spacious
Home was spacious and great location. This was my 3rd rental experience on this block, and has never dissapointed. Few very small gripes:
1 - Hottub sprung a leak on first morning, but was fixed within 45mins. GREAT service guys!
2 - Home is pet friendly, however there had been cats previously. Cleaning was well done, but still had some cat dander, and 2 of my families sufferred for a couple days of cat allergy.
3 - Of the 3 rentals on this block, this home was not very well stocked with kids toys/games. We did bring some of our own.
4 - The pantry was LOCKED and unusable. Odd. We had to store most of our family food on the dining table for the weekend.
Cleaning staff did great job preparing home for our arrival! We will return again next year."

"Summer Lake and Mountain trip
The house was well appointed as it accommodated our family comfortably. The stairs coming off the driveway were steep and I would never rent this in the Winter as it is too difficult to bring items in and out. Furniture and carpeting were run down. I had wished there was a t.v. in the Primary suite because when the kids sleep in the bunk beds while in the loft area, there is too much noise for them in the great room area. On our first day, my husband got stung by a wasp while using the grill. The grill works poorly and it needs to be replaced. Kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable. The location was great. There are no comfortable outdoor seating and the chairs that were there looked into a brick wall and out to the driveway. The community pool was great and we explored the lakes in the area. "

"We had a blast!
A group of 11 of us who consider ourselves active seniors :) stayed at this lovely house in order to go to Ellensburg for the Yakima Canyon Bike Ride. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked both nights. The table in the kitchen held all 11 of us for sit-down dinners which was so fun! Some people didn't like sleeping in the loft area because of noise from those downstairs who stayed up later or got up early. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The perfect getaway!
I booked Cascade Pines with my family (and dog) and it was the perfect getaway for us! The decor was awesome - loved the music vibe - everything was super clean and the kitchen had EVERYTHING I could ever want or need. We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the deck, playing board games, and doing puzzles by the fireplace. The neighborhood was super quiet and fun to explore with our kiddos and pup. We've stayed in Roslyn Ridge several times and this was my favorite place. We will definitely be back!! "

"Amazing Cabin
We put on a 100 mile and 50k race at the Salmon La Sac sno-park each September (Teanaway Country 100). Though we don’t sleep much from Friday-Sunday, this cabin provided some nice creature comforts. We’d love to come back and enjoy more of what the cabin offers. As avid Pearl Jam fans, we were thrilled by the posters. "

"Perfect for Crafting!
The space was just right for our needs, we were a group who was using the weekend to make cards. We were able to fit all of our crafting tables and have room to create. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was nice. Great neighborhood for a walk as well."

Our family enjoy our winter getaway very much at Cascades Pine. The kids had a blast sledding in the yard. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Hot tub was great after a day of playing in the snow. "Beautiful home, would come back!
We absolutely loved this home! The kids loved the loft and would watch movies until passing out. The kitchen is nice and roomy, we vacationed with another family and we decided to make our meals separate and there was plenty of room to make meals for both families and lots of seating. The A/C worked great in 100 degree weather. The beds were very comfy, the blinds blocked a great deal of light which was great for my 1.5 year old naptime.
We tried the pool and weren't impressed. Maybe due to covid it just wasn't as great as we hoped. We paid full price that would normally give us access for the whole day but only got a couple hours. Pool was cold, splash pad was closed, and overall the experience was just meh. We really enjoyed the beach at Cle Elum Lake. The local bakery was lit, loved their pies and pastries as a yummy treat.
We also missed our first night there. We left our house only to get stuck in 4 hour traffic. After being rerouted by google maps for an hour down a national forest service road we were sent back to the end of traffic making our driving totaling over 6.5 hours if we kept going when it should've been 1.15 hour drive so we went back home and tried again. Definitely recommend checking road conditions for your trip and possibly maybe the vacation rental company sending out advisements of traffic changes as this one WAS planned and we did already receive a burn ban notification so it's not out of their scope. In the end, our fault for not checking and planning ahead, just sucked and hard to reset from that and enjoy our trip.
Overall we'd go again, it was amazing to get out of the house during this time with covid and enjoy our friends who we rarely see."

We had a really sweet time with our friends at this cabin. Our kids loved the community pool and amenities. It was nice and quiet. We had everything we needed. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it the floors weren’t very clean when we arrived and some of the furniture were pretty worn. We have been told that the owner is planning on replacing those.

"Overall we had a relaxing stay
Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked and location is great. Roslyn ridge activity center is close and kids had a blast in the pool. Speelyi beach is less than 5 min drive which is so convenient. Only negative was the hot tub. We were unable to use it at all as it was at 63 degrees. After turning hot tub on, 14 hours later it was at 65... so likely broken/needed maintenance. The welcome book states the hot tub will be preset to 103 prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the hot tub until 24hrs after we checked in... at which time it was 63. Owner/management company was not able to reply/get hot tub serviced until after our departure. Would recommend checking hot tub ASAP when arrive if you wish to use during your stay. Overall, love the area and we had a relaxing time."

"Winter Break Getaway
We stayed there with our daughter, husband and 3 young grandsons. We enjoyed playing in the snow and had beautiful weather. The boys loved the loft bedroom. Everything was as described.
Skiing at Snoqualmie Summit was fun and convenient . The Safeway in Cle Elum was very adequate. The very nice washing machine and dryer was a big plus and being able to come in the backdoor into laundry room and leave wet shoes and ski apparel was helpful. The hooks on the walls were also helpful.
A few things that might be improved upon are: The master bathroom could use a heater, The kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, etc were cumbersome and very heavy to use and excessively large for normal family food prep. We were never able to get the TV to work. Better written instructions would be beneficial for all.
We would recommend this property to a friend. "

"Great weekend getaway
My family and I had a great time at Cascade Pines. The only issue was a coffee pot that didn't work, but management brought us a new one that morning, and we so appreciated their prompt response. The only complaint I would have about the property is that there were signs all over the house telling us what not to do (don't put food down garbage disposal, don't touch TV settings or $50 fine, etc.). It did make for a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere. Otherwise, a great place to stay. "

"Great hidden gem!
We had a fabulous time at our stay with Cascade pines. The only reason that I gave 4 starts for cleanliness was due to a good amount of dog hair on top of our bedsheets. However, I brought this up to the owners and they assured me that they would talk with their cleaning team. Overall great experience!!! Would absolutely recommend"

"Perfect Weekend Getaway!
We had a wonderful experience at this home during our mid-winter break. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 5 children with plenty of things to do for all. Beautiful, bright, clean and family friendly home! Sledding hill in the front and back yard (backyard hill is better for the smaller kiddos) and a hot tub to relax in. We will absolutely be back! "

"Nice Neighborhood - House Needs TLC and Cleaning!!
We really enjoyed the neighborhood, pool and nearby Roslyn. The house was not as clean as we would expect. The hot tub had an orange film that made it unusable in our standard. The master bathroom shower had an extremely slow drain and too was unusable. ASVR kindly offered to come and clean the hot tub as well as the master shower drain, however, we declined. The whole reason for our vacation was to get a way and NOT be dealing with people coming and going in our place. We wanted to relax and not worry about the house. That was unfortunate. We feel if the master shower was cleaned prior to our arrival, the cleaning crew would have noticed the drain. The furniture in the house was a bit outdated and dusty. The house was very spacious and bright. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was fairly private as well. Just some TLC would have given this place a higher rating from us. "

Our family had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious. We loved that the kitchen was FULLY stocked with spices, coffee, dinnerware, pots and pans, utensils. We brought our own anticipating to use it but the kitchen was fully stocked with multiples of everything! The hot tub was great and we used the community activity center - fun-filled day for the whole family there. "

"beautiful home in neighborhood
It was beautiful looking out windows watching it snow. we only wished that there was more snow on ground. there was plenty of parking to bring up our two trailers with snowmobiles. we were close to the trails but we had to ride on pavement to get to them. if only we planned our trip a day or two later it would have been perfect(it snowed the whole time we was there). the house was great, comfy furniture. I think all the guys(one at a time) took a nap in the comfy chair."

"Feels like home away from home!
We held a mini staff retreat at Cascade Pines and wow, what a great experience. Fit seven of us comfortably, with all the amenities you'd need for some laid back meetings and really comfortable space. Will definitely be coming back - this time with my family! Peaceful, cozy, super clean and in a great location with plenty to explore both out in mother nature and the towns nearby. Whether mom, dad and a few kids or extended family (PLENTY of room!) or even a group of colleagues, this is definitely a can't miss location!"
