LOW COTTON - a Lakeview Vacation Home located directly across the street from HIGH COTTON (ad #4383). Low Cotton has DIRECT-TV cable, DVD and VCR players, stereo system, Central Heat/AC, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A large front porch with rocking chairs covers the entire lakeside front side of the house. The large deck, which is accessed from the family room, has plants, tables, chairs, has a large gas grill, a great view of the lake and wooded lot next door, offers a great lake breeze and sunsets, and has an attached 28 foot above-ground swimming pool which is 4 feet deep. The master bedroom has a queen bed with private full bath with tub & shower. The other two bedroom have two single bed each and share a full hall bath with tub & shower. A queen sized sofa bed is in the familyroom.
BED & BREAFAST - Low Cotton doubles as "The Lake Marion - Bed & Breakfast-#2" during the fall, winter and spring months. Only one single, couple or family use the lakehouse each evening. Breakfast foods are provided and guests may request specific breakfast foods. All cooking utinsils, plates, silverware and glasses are setout on the countertop. With the fireplace already prepared, guests prepare breakfast for themselves and eat in their pajamas in front of a roaring fire while watching the morning sun rise. Low Cotton offers guests a very romantic and completely private getaway. Two bicycles are provided for guests and a canoe with paddles and life preservers. The 175 foot fishing pier is shared by both B&B guest houses and Low Cotton guests use the beach to the left of the pier. Cost per night is $125 for single/couple and $20 each for additional children or adults. Check-in time is after 3 pm, in time to watch the beautiful sunset over the lake, and Check-out time is 11 am. HIGH COTTON - (see ad #4383) is located directly across the street from Low Cotton at 3296 Princess Pond Rd. High Cotton is a 4BR, 2BA waterfront home on 1.8 acres , sleeps 13 (one on sofa bed) with boat ramp, fishing pier, beach volleyball, gameroom in separate building and 280 feet of sandy beach.
HIGH & LOW COTTON can be rented together and sleep 20, including two on sofa beds. This is a great location for large Families Vacations, Church or Business Retreats.
