Comes with oversized 2 car garage. The Eat-In Kitchen is fully equipped and the formal dining room is furnished with antiques. There are 2 bathrooms, one with newer washer and dryer. Home is very comfortable, but does not have central air. There are window a/c units in each bedroom and the main living area. There are also ceiling fans and a large attic fan for cooling, electric heat, and a large woodburning stove for heat. This home is on its own private lake front point with over 450' of shoreline. On one side of the point is the main channel of the lake, on the other side of the point is a deep cove which is considered to be the best fishing cove on the lake. There is no dock, but boat can be tied up to trees or moored on beach. Boat may also be stored in garage and backed down from garage to lake along a small path. There are 2 marinas nearby - Eagle Rock marina in Eagle Rock, MO, and Holiday Island marina, in Holiday Island, AK. Eagle Rock marina offers boat and ski rentals. We will NOT rent for LESS THAN ONE MONTH. The property is available from July 1st through October 31st. Renter turns on electricity in their name during term of rental. Eureka Springs has many summer festivals, crafts shops, wonderful restaurants, and natural hot springs. *Holiday Island, AK is about 10 minutes from house and has full size supermarket, hardware stores, etc. *Eagle Rock is minutes from Mark Twain National forest.
