We are selling the home furnished (we may have to negotiate a few pieces) Sunset Cottage is a 840 sq. ft. lake cottage on Lake Bruce, Kewanna, Indiana. There is a full kitchen, living room, sitting room, bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower, and sun room/dininig room. A large deck includes a glasstop table with 6 chairs. The shed has a pop fridge and stores lawn chairs, fishing poles, gas grill. There is a campfire pit with wood provided. The pier has a swimming ladder and you can dock a rental boat (rented nearby) or your fishing boat there. In the middle of the lake is a spring fed sandbar area where you can hook up your boat to some buoys and swim at what everyone calls "the swimming hole". Public access to lake is around the corner and there is a bait shop/small store on the west side of the lake. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping are conveniently located in nearby Rochester or Winamac. Lake Bruce does not allow skiing, jetskis, or speedboats. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are friendly. This lovely setting is our home away from home and our haven.
