Marina security and security gates to access cottage.  Activities: Enjoy hand feeding the geese and sometimes an occasional swan! Lake Allatoona is a fisherman's paradise! Bring/rent a boat, walk to marina dock or just throw a line at the end of the yard! Marina includes a pool and playground and also offers boat rentals. Seasonal concerts are sometimes offered at no additional costs. The marina is located next to the historic Allatoona Pass where a battle took place. Stroll down the pass and view civil war relics. Allatoona landing is located just beside a working railroad. Trains can be heard from the cottage at night only if the air or fan is not running.  Rates: Spring-Summer: $99.00/ night (3 night minimum) $500 / week (Buy 5 nights get 2 free!) "My family and I have stayed at the lake house 2 times already and plan on going back as much as possible in the near future. It is such a wonderful place for a romantic getaway or a family reunion . The lake view is breath taking all hours of the day. And at night we had fires in the firer pit in front of the lake house facing the lake . The inside of the lake house has all glass windows, but is still very private it is great to sit out side and enjoy a cup of coffe or a coctail at night. The inside is cozy and very bright and clean.
