In the master bedroom, lounge in the comfy king bed and enjoy the lake through the room's huge window.
There's new carpet in the main living area, and there are full stairs (no ladder) up to the loft with three twin mattresses, with a small TV/VCR combination.
Equipped kitchen has ceramic tile floors, dishwasher.
In the living room, there is a TV (about 15 channels) and DVD player as well as a portable CD/Tape player. (There are DVD and VHS rentals available at the corner store/gas station).
Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY LONG DISTANCE within the U.S. for our guests (bring your numbers -- directory assistance is extra). A few games, magazines and books for leisure moments. The view to the veranda and the lake and woods beyond from the leather furniture's sweet.

Holly Lake Ranch has nice amenities -- 2 pools, hot tub, beaches, paddle boats and canoes for rent, boating, fishing pier (no license required!), tennis, archery, mini-golf, hiking on woodland trails with protected wildlife. There is a PGA golf too -- ask for details.
A gated community located on 4,300 lovely wooded acres in Wood County, Texas, with security on duty 24-7. Holly Lake Ranch is located 100 miles east of Dallas,Tx., 98 miles west of Shreveport, La., 30 miles north of Tyler and 10 miles north of Hawkins.
There is a 210 acre lake and a 43 acre lake, a multipurpose lodge, 5 parks with picnic tables and grills and playgrounds. Sandy beach, fishing piers (no license needed), fishing and paddle boats, bicycles and other recreational equipment are available at Holly Park, a short stroll from the condo.
For pilots, Holly Lake Ranch boasts a 2,800 foot long hard surfaced runway, listed on the sectional maps, with aircraft tie-down space.

"Wow, relaxing! Great time. The kids enjoyed paddling the lake, mini-golf at the one on the east side of the resort, and the pool with the spa. Also enjoyed pine cones and woods, and seeing the deer so close. Cozy spot, prime view. Love the deck and waking up looking at the lake out the bedroom window. very comfortable and well-appointed. Missed the Saturday shrimp boil, but will call to schedule a weekend in October. "

"We enjoyed miniature golf, tennis, barbecuing ... and relaxing. The activities were varied and nearby. The details to help get to amenities outside the resort (groceries, mini-marts, restaurants) were invaluable. All five found their beds to be very comfortable. The king in the bedroom was luxurious! Thank you. We'll recommend it and we'll come back.

"Your place is nicer than the pictures show. I know a professional photographer who'd take some new pictures for you in exchange for a stay.
The bed is super and all the log n leather furniture is nice. It reminds me of this place we stayd in Colorado.
We had fun gathering pine cones and got to see deer. Thanks for putting up a Christmas tree, was nice.
The view is quite something. We think it would be nice in spring too so maybe we'll come back in spring break."

"This is our second summer to spend time at your condo on the lake, and we enjoyed the extra day this tme. We had a rain afternoon, but there was still much to do inside. The new carpet and stairs are nice, and the high thread count sheets were great. We swam in both pools this time, and once again rented boats. We were joined by my in-laws, and they loved it too. Still just two hrs. from Dallas, which is great. Ssee you nxt year. "
