2010 Seasonal Rates April through October
$850.00 Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Rental between Memorial Day to Labor Day with a $300 refundable deposit*.
$200.00 Daily Rental (3 night minumum) between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends with a $300 refundable deposit*.
$150.00 Daily Rental (2 night minimum) prior to Memorial Day
weekend and after Labor Day weekend with a $300.00 refundable deposit*.
A $350.00 deposit (weekly or 3 night) is due within 2 weeks of the date your reservation is made. The balance is due 5 weeks prior to your stay.
*An additional $300 cleaning deposit (refundable) is also required.
This deposit will be refunded if the unit is left in the same clean condition as you found it.
