Fishermen and Families alike will enjoy this scenic, off the beaten path retreat on Leafy Branch, one of Fork's best deep water coves. This Log Duplex sits on 3 acres of Prime Waterfront Property. The view is as good as it gets on Lake Fork. Only one side being rented out at this time (approximately 850 square feet) with full kitchen, comfortable beds, fully supplied bath with tub/shower. All you need to bring is the food. There is one full size bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Also has a roll-a-way bed or full size air mattress if needed. All linens and towels are provided. The property has a lighted boat launch and 120 foot + boathouse/pier that runs parallel to an old flooded stump-lined county road bed.This road bed is casting distance & lots of bass are caught off this roadbed every year. There is a 12 x 12 deck at the end of the pier for relaxing or fishing. Water is 12 feet deep at the end of the pier. A quality swing set is provided for the kids and there is plenty of room for family activities. The photos don't do the place justice. You really need to visit & see it up close to appreciate.
