About the Lake House.......
This superb vacation rental home is located directly across the lake from Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa, 6 miles NW of the town of Clearlake. It's only a short 5-minute boat ride to dinner, or over to see your favorite show at Konocti Harbor Resort. The Lake House has ample parking for boat trailers and RV's, a ping pong table and basketball court for the sports enthusiast. And Clearlake offers some of the best bass and catfish fishing in the U.S.
The Lake House is fully equipped with all amenities. The large living room with open beam vaulted ceilings has a wall of windows overlooking the lake and Mt. Konocti, and a cozy woodburning stove. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles), along with 2 full baths. The converted 2-car garage / carpeted recreation room has TV, ping pong table and 3 cots with mattresses for sleeping quarters. The Lake House sleeps up to 9.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has seating for 6 plus 2 at the counter. It includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and much more. Sliding glass doors open onto the enormous lakefront patio for easy access and entertaining. Air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, VCRs, washer/dryer, linens, bathroom towels, and many supplies are all provided for your convenience. Beach towels are not supplied.
Enjoy either sun or shade on the large lakefront patio, with Webber BBQ and picnic tables. You can fish for trophy-sized bass right off the patio or from the boat dock in some of Clearlake's deepest water.
Nestled in the mountains only 45 minutes above Calistoga and the wonderful Napa Valley, Clearlake offers a wide variety of activities, attractions and water sports.
Boating, jetskiing, parasailing, wineries, full service spa, concert showroom at Konocti Harbor Resort, championship golf courses, casinos, Lakeport Speedway, Outrageous Waters Fun Park featuring water slides, grand prix race track, batting cages and an arcade....these are just a few of the things to do when you come stay at The Lake House at beautiful Clearlake, California.
