Enjoy either sun or shade on the large waterfront patio terrace, with charcoal BBQ and picnic table. You can fish for trophy-sized bass, giant catfish.even bluegils and Crappy are caught right off the patio or from the boat dock in one of Clearlake's popular fishing areas. If you like to view wild life including, Herons, great white egrets, western grebe, cormorants, white pelicans, black crowned night Herons, various species of migrating ducks, all visit our waterfront area during the year. If you are lucky you may even see lake otters and turtles swim and sun bath around our dock.
The home sleeps 8 people. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The interior is tastfully decorated with a nautical theme, especially enjoyed by people who love the sea and all that goes with the experience.

The deposit is increased by $50 for each pet with a maximum of two (2) pets per rental period.
Pets may be accepted with owner approval + additional - $15 per day/per pet + tax.
