Beautiful lakefront cottage on Lyon Lake South of Marshall, Michigan. Our past renters all comment on how comfortable and relaxing their cottage experience is.
Summer 2021 UPDATE- Will start taking reservations in December/January time frame.

The Lily Pad Cottage is a great place for a relaxing vacation experience. 2020 is our 6th summer for renting.
The Lily Pad is located on Lyon Lake, a private all sports lake approximately 6 miles south of Marshall, Michigan off of I-69. Lyon Lake is a warm spring fed lake with a sandy beach. The water is clean/clear, and our beach is perfect for kids to swim and enjoy. We also have a pontoon boat available for rental.
The Lily Pad sleeps 6 in beds and has a large sectional in the living room and room for air mattresses too. Large deck with a grill and comfortable seating to relax and watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Maximum capacity 6 adults and 4 children please. If you have more, please let us know.

The cottage in right on the lake with 50 feet of lake frontage and a nice sandy beach with a dock. It's a great lake for fishing as well. We also have a paddle boat for renters to use.
The Lily Pad is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (approx 1,700 sq ft of living space). It has a large lakefront deck with a gas grill. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are also provided. The cottage sleeps 6 in beds (1 king; 1 queen and 2 twin beds). It has central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. A bonfire pit is also provided and multiple lawn chairs.
We joined the Marshall Country Club and if you're a golfer and would like to play let us know. We need to call ahead and you pay your cart and green fees. Nice 18 hole course right on Lyon Lake :) Their restaurant is open to the public as well.

The Lily Pad is fully furnished with bath towels and bed linens. Gas grill on large deck with outdoor furniture. Lawn chairs and bon fire pit. Pontoon boat for rental. Renters should bring their own beach towels.
Large TV with cable and wifi internet. DVD player and multiple movies at the cottage.
Kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker; gas oven/stove; microwave; dishwasher and coffee maker. Dishes, kitchen utensils and pans.
Washer and Dryer
Central air conditioning too for hot summer days!
The Lily Pad is located South of Marshall and is a convenient midpoint location between Chicago and Detroit.
Marshall offers a number of great restaurants and entertainment nearby including the Marshall Country Club, Win Schulers, Cornwell's Turkeyville, Firekeeper's Casino, Marshall Moonraker, Backroads Saloon and the Darkhorse Brewery.

Peak Season:
May 1 to September 30: $1,500 a week
Off Season:
October 1 to April 30: $1,100 a week
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
Daily (minimum of 3 days) and monthly rentals will be negotiated by owner at time of reservation.
Cleaning fee of $100
$200 a week for pontoon boat
$100 non-refundable cleaning fee for pets. Small dogs under 40 pounds preferred crated when renters away.
Check in usually by 1pm and check out at 10am - we rent Saturday to Saturday.
All reservations are subject to a 6% Michigan Sales Tax.

Every little detail from the gorgeous decor, to the extra supplies, to the wonderful boat "Benny". We have been in heaven!
