Fully furnished/sleeps 6-8, two bedrooms: 1 small w queen bed (has small wall AC unit) 1 large open bedroom w queen bed & 2 twin beds. Living room with sleeper sofa & wood burning stove, eat in kitchen w/kitchenware/linens, refrigerator/electric stove top/microwave, water cooler, 1 bath with tub/shower/toilet/sink. Two docks w boats, including row boat with electric motor, canoe, paddleboat, & kayaks, and new paddleboard. Driveway with ample parking. Nice beach/sandy area by entrance to cottage with beach chairs and umbrellas. Lake water to house/bottled spring water for drinking/cooking. $800/week, pls see rates below. Swimming, fishing, hiking on the Appalachian Trail and the trails in Stokes State Forest/High Point State Park. Canoe on Delaware River. Nearby things to do: Antiquing, Sussex County Fairgrounds – State Fair Aug 1st-8st , Mountain Creek Water park, Skylands Stadium, Minor League Baseball. Dining: Riviera Maya, Double D Rib House, Stokes Steakhouse & Pub.
2021 Cottage rental rates:
$900 per week (arrive at 4pm, depart by 11am)
New lake association rental rules require 7 night rental minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day lake association requires minimum 3 night rental
