Welcome to the Best of Both Worlds, a lake retreat that offers the best of both golf course and lake settings. It sits centrally in the beautiful Rumbling Bald Resort. Renting this property gains you access to many resort amenities including 2 outdoor pools, a lazy river, an indoor pool, spa, exercise facility and tennis courts. Although the property is managed by the resort, it is a privately owned. We personally enjoy spending time here with family and friends, we believe you'd like it as well.

It is a great place to relax after a round of golf; write your novel or just relax. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as you watch the mist drift over beautiful Bald Mountain Lake before starting another great day in the mountains.

Recently remodeled and freshly painted, the newly renovated kitchen comes fully furnished with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. A full size, high efficiency Washer and Dryer are included directly in the Villa. The kitchen and dining area lead to a covered screened porch that overlooks Bald Mountain Lake. Enjoy some quiet time here in a rocking chair or resting in a hammock while reading a book. Or relax in the leather recliners in front of the cozy stone electric fireplace. From the living room, there is a large deck that looks across the fairways of Bald Mountain golf course to the face of Rumbling Bald Mountain.

This unit has a main level master bedroom and upper level private bedroom each with its own full bath. There is room for a total of 11 guests in this lake place, with 4 queen beds, a queen and a twin sleeper sofas.

The villa comes fully furnished with linens, cooking utensils and a built-in charcoal grill right outside the screened porch. Wireless Internet is included as well as Flat Screen TVs throughout with cable including the Golf Channel. Beach toys and fishing gear are available for your use. Various board games, cards, movies and books are included for your use as well.

Just a short walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, fitness center and marina, this unit is fully equipped and close to everything. Making it a great choice for a family vacation, a golf group or wedding guests.
