Description

The house is just South of Coffee City, about 20 miles South of Tyler, Texas on Ledbetter creek.  It is approximately 1000 sq. Feet, one bedroom with two double beds, couch that makes a queen bed, a bath with shower, no tub, and a large Kitchen, Dining, and Den area.  Kitchen has electric stove/oven, microwave, and large refrigerator. No dishwasher. All kitchen utensils furnished as well as Towels and all bed linens.We have Satellite TV at the house with LCD HDTV, and a 320 sq. Foot screened in deck, with ceiling fan, on the lake side with 7 padded patio chairs and table. A patio with gas grill on the street side of the house. We have a 50 foot pier, and old boat house that can accommodate a 14 or 15 foot bass boat.
