BEDROOMS – The oceanfront primary bedroom features its own private bathroom and easy access to the oceanside terrace and patio. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms share an open-style layout, separated by a partial wall for a relaxed, connected feel — please note there is no door between these two rooms.
LIVING & KITCHEN – An open-concept living room and kitchen create a comfortable, connected gathering space. The fully equipped kitchen includes major and small appliances, a dishwasher, coffeemaker, and essential cookware for easy meal prep.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Relax on the covered beachfront patio with outdoor dining and ocean views, gather around the wood-burning fireplace or outdoor firepit in the evenings, or unwind at the palapa sitting area overlooking the beach. A propane BBQ grill and outdoor shower add everyday convenience after a day at the beach.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
