The east building houses the king and double queen rooms, with the lower and upper floors offering spacious, modern-rustic interiors designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings. In the west building, the master suite provides a refined touch of privacy and comfort, creating the perfect personal retreat. The top floor of the west building features a spacious leisure area that includes a fully equipped gym, a game room, and a conference room — ideal for staying active, working remotely, or simply relaxing indoors.

OUTDOOR LIVING:

The home features a fully equipped indoor kitchen for guest use, though the industrial stove is reserved for the chef’s use for safety reasons. Full catering services are also available upon request for special occasions or larger gatherings.

GUEST CONVENIENCE:
For added comfort and convenience, Paz del Mar offers an electric vehicle charger available on-site. Guests can easily use this feature by connecting their vehicle and selecting their desired charging amount through the system’s simple autopay setup. Charging fees are handled directly by guests through this automated system.

For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including around the pool area. These are strictly for guest protection and property security. Paz del Mar is also pet-friendly upon approval, with a pet fee of $100 per pet.
