LAYOUT & BEDROOMS
The layout includes two separate buildings – East and West. The East building features 4 king rooms and 4 double queen rooms, while the West building offers 3 additional rooms: 1 king and 2 queen. Each room combines modern-rustic charm with generous space, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to relax and unwind.
LOCATION & AMENITIES
Located within the exclusive Paz del Mar estate, the home offers direct access to a resort-style heated pool and is just a short walk from the beach. With bedrooms thoughtfully spread across both buildings and floors, guests enjoy both community and privacy throughout their stay.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the property, creating an atmosphere of peace and seclusion. Whether you're lounging by the pool, gathering in the spacious living areas, or enjoying meals in the gourmet kitchen, this home is designed to bring people together while offering all the comforts of a luxury getaway.
DINING & SERVICES
To enhance your experience, the property includes daily housekeeping and the option of a private chef for breakfast and dinner, with full catering services available throughout your stay. The home features a fully equipped indoor kitchen designed to accommodate your cooking needs. PLEASE NOTE that the kitchen includes an industrial stove that guests are not able to operate for safety reasons. To accommodate this, we offer a private chef service, but using the chef is completely optional. If you prefer to cook for yourselves, you’re welcome to use the fully equipped outdoor cooking area, which includes a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle — perfect for preparing your own meals.

SECURITY

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
