Located within the Paz del Mar estate, this home offers direct access to the resort-style heated pool and is just a short stroll from the beach. The bottom floor houses the king and double queen rooms, while the top floor provides additional king and queen rooms — all designed with modern-rustic charm and generous space for restful nights.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Paz del Mar offers a private oasis of tranquility. Its spacious outdoor areas and breathtaking views make it an ideal destination for both relaxation and fun. Whether you're lounging by the pool, dining al fresco, or walking to the nearby beach, this home delivers the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor living.
DINING & SERVICES
To enhance your stay, this property includes daily housekeeping and a private chef for breakfast and dinner at no additional cost. Full catering services are also available as an optional add-on if you’d like something more extensive.
The home has a fully equipped indoor kitchen for your use, but please note the industrial stove is reserved for safety reasons and not available to guests. To accommodate this, the private chef service is provided — completely optional but included in your stay. If you prefer to cook for yourselves, you’ll also have access to the fully equipped outdoor cooking area with a large grill, burners, and a flat-top griddle — perfect for preparing your own meals.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Need more space? Consider booking Paz del Mar Entire Complex, which accommodates up to 24 guests. For smaller groups, the Paz del Mar East Building is available for up to 16 guests — both options offer the same signature comfort and style.
SECURITY
To ensure your safety and peace of mind, please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property, including around the pool area. These are strictly for guest protection and property security.
PET POLICY
This home is pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $75 per pet.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
