Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival – 5% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.
Cancel 30 day or less prior to arrival - No refund of reservation with the exception of the damage deposit.
If the country of Belize is not accepting visitors, you may change your dates without penalty, or a no cash value credit will be issued that may be used for stays within 365 days of your original reservation date. If you test positive during your test for travel to Belize, we offer a no charge date change for a stay anytime within 4 months of the original reservation date. The date change and credit offer have blackout dates for peak periods (Easter, opening of Lobster Season, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Years holidays).
Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.
Solaria II and II Combo
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival: 10% Cancellation Charge on payments to date.
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: Forfeit 25% of booking.
Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at the Property: No refund with the exception of the security deposit which shall be refunded in full.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodations during the stay.
El Estero
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
Cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival – Full Refund.
Cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival - No refund of reservation.
Final payments not paid within 3 days of the final payment due date will be treated as a guest cancellation and the full booking deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds will be given for unused accommodation during the stay.

"Family Fun on the North Side
We loved our stay at Villa Turquesa! This was the farthest north we have ever stayed and I liked it! Secret Beach turnoff is close by and we spent a fun day there. The house was configured perfectly for our extended family of 11. Having a main gathering space (kitchen/dining/living) but also having separate bedroom buildings allowed everyone to flow in and out at their discretion without waking or disturbing anyone else. We had fisherpeople leaving at 6:00am who could grab breakfast and coffee while the partiers blissfully slept on. We had a rowdy game of Heads Up and the early-to-bed crew didn't hear a peep. Worked out perfectly! Speaking of perfect ... Hellen is worth her weight in gold! She had a hot, delicious breakfast waiting for us every morning. French Toast to die for, fluffy fried tortillas with bacon, eggs, cheese and sausage AND sooo much more. She also cooked some amazing dinners when we were too wiped out from the day to go out, including a fresh Mahi caught by one of our crew. Adam was also super helpful whenever we needed anything. We had pre-booked our boat excursions before arrival but had we realized Adam could have taken care of all our boat needs, we definitely would have used him! So convenient to have a boat on property (and a super nice one!). Most of our time at the house was spent in the pool playing volleyball or around the dining table, eating and chatting. A few found solitude at the end of the pier, listening to the sound of the ocean and distant boats. Overall, it was a fantastic property and I would highly recommend it! My only advice is to be aware of the distance from/to San Pedro Town."

"Villa Turquesa was Not what we hoped for
In 2000 digits I can’t explain all of the issues we had. The villa could be great and all of the individual villas make it nice for for a large group. We hired Hellen and Jordan to cook breakfast and dinners and they did great. Good food. We had many problems. The water bleached out our clothing that was washed due to heavy chlorine treatments. Workers were working on the property dock day and night and walking through the property. They also left live electrical wires lying around. We couldn’t use the entire property because of that. Doors locks and blinds didn’t work (not good with workers). No cleaning is included. Towels were very limited and not cleaned or changed unless requested and then they were only changed once. basic necessities such as toilet paper were very limited. The listing says shampoo and body wash are included but again they were very limited. We would have brought our own had we know. There were limits. 4 sweet dogs live on property but they bark often day and night. The beach is not swimable. We drove to the other side of the island to enjoy the beach. The pool was a nice area and had plenty of chairs and loungers. We did enjoy that area as well as the living area of the house where we could all gather. "
