This home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The downstairs master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private bath. Upstairs, you'll find a second master bedroom with another king bed and private bath, along with a third bedroom that also has a king bed. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids, with bunk beds and access to a hallway bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. The living room offers two sofa recliners, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach. Step out onto the deck and enjoy a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez.
Additional amenities include mini-split units throughout the home for both heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, a gas barbecue grill, a washer and gas dryer, and plenty of parking for your group.
Owner requests no smoking inside the home. Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional security deposit. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
