The kitchen, to your right, is equipped with all major kitchen appliances and has ample space for your friends and family. The dining area to your left includes space for 6 guests. Directly in front of the kitchen is the cozy living space (which includes a pull-out sofa bed) overlooking the resort and beach. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, patio access, and a King bed. Guests will receive a resort pass to enjoy the pool and beach access at the Las Palmas resort.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
