Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

Beautiful location away from the busy Sandy beach where we usually stay. The condo was absolutely adorable!! Super clean and well maintained. We loved all the art on the walls and amenities provided. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy and not feel cramped. The beach was full of seashells and a bit of seaweed in the ocean. We had huge waves the first day from a hurricane, but the remaining days were calm and relaxing. I most definitely will book this condo again! The only thing that we needed was a broom to clean the floors of the sand. We also needed dishwasher soap but managed with liquid soap in the sink and all was fine! Thank you so much!! The grounds of the complex was very clean and security kept it feeling safe. the only issue was, that the oven didn't work. I brought food to cook for the weekend and was unable to cook it due to the oven being dismantled. no knob and no thermostat. other wise the property had all the other amenities promised. get the oven fixed and I would recommend again. He was right, the water turned back on after a few hours but honestly no one was bothered by it because we were all outside on the beach or in the pool having fun.
