Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

"Comfortable & secured department complex in a good location
The department complex is gated, clean & secured. The department was comfortable, clean and in good condition. The only issued we had durinf our stay is that the complex trash container was locked, making difficult the trash disposal. There is no tv in the bedroom, per described on the pictures."

"Lovely get-away
I planned a last minute trip and was able to find this location. It is very close to the beach. The complex is secure and comfortable. The place had a lot of interesting decorations. AC works great. The only downside is that there is just way too much furniture in every room- so it made it hard to find places to put my own stuff. "
