This gem has a panoramic, private, ocean-view terrace and is just a short 2-minute walk to the pristine beach. This lovely condominium can comfortably sleep 6 adult guests, from couples to families. Corona Del Sol is a private, gated, and guarded resort.
The condo is equipped with Smart TV, High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi for optimal connection, and a smart thermostat. Well furnished with everything to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The master bedroom has a wonderful queen bed, astounding ocean view, access to the large patio, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a walk-in closet. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, is fully equipped with a dishwasher and most small appliances including, a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and beautiful breakfast bar. The dining table has seating for six. The living area has abundant space including a comfortable sectional, an expansive view of the Sea of ??Cortez, patio access, and is decorated in all handmade Mexican furnishings.
The space's motif includes items of beach cottage whimsy and local art pieces. Other amenities include central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout, TV in the living area, patio furniture, pool, firepit, full workout facility, outdoor showers, restrooms, shared BBQ grills, rooftop sundeck. The owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and a set of bath towels are provided. Minimum 2 nights. Holidays 3 nights. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
