PRIVATE COUPLES' SUITE WITH OCEAN VIEWS IN LAS CONCHAS, ROCKY POINT – Vistas de las Olas West is a private suite located just one row back from the beach in Las Conchas, Rocky Point (Puerto Peñasco), Mexico, offering a stunning view of the Sea of Cortez. This cozy, self-contained retreat sleeps 2 and is a mirror image of its sister unit, Vistas de las Olas East — the two can be booked separately or together for larger groups.
LIVING AREA – Beautifully decorated in warm, inviting colors with traditional red Mexican tile floors and decorative tile detail throughout. The comfortable living space includes a couch and chair, plus Satellite TV, DVD/VCR, and a surround sound stereo system, with extra videos, CDs, books, and magazines available.
KITCHEN – A well-equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating, along with basic cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware. (Please note: no stove or blender.)
BEDROOM & BATHROOM – The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a beautifully tiled headboard and matching end tables, while the spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower with detailed, charming tilework.
OUTDOOR SPACES – Enjoy a large outside patio and sundeck, ideal for lounging or catching the ocean breeze, complete with a propane BBQ, hibachi, and outdoor shower. The beach is just steps away with easy, direct access.
COMFORT & CLIMATE – Ceiling fans and central heat/AC ensure year-round comfort.
POLICIES – No smoking inside; no pets permitted.
LOCATION – Situated in Las Conchas, one of Rocky Point's most beloved beach communities, with easy access to the sand just steps away.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

"Anniversary trip
Over all the rental was amazing. We will definitely rent again. It was exactly what we as a couple needed. It was clean and cute. Loved having the beach down the hill. View was also a bounse and The staff were great. Easy check in and out.
Down side. Not enough pillows, shower head had needs replaced cuz of no water pressure and was hard to take a shower. I understand if your there for a few days but we did 7 days. The other thing was in our unit there was no hot plate to cook with. Just a microwave and skillet.
Those honestly are just petty little stuff and we worked around it.
Overall it was everything we wanted and will rent again."

"Cute place amazing view
The place was super cute, clean and beach access was close and easy, we had access to an outdoor shower, which was great because the indoor showers water pressure was absurdly low (not sure if that’s because of the showerhead or something else). The AC worked well as did the Wi-Fi. Wonderful escape with a beautiful beach and warm water. The couch could use some updating and the peeling paint outside the house on the roof and cracks in the balcony could use addressing, but none of that affected our stay and we were really happy with our place. Oh, and the handle on the outdoor shower downstairs needs replacing. "

Upon check-in we had no running water or ability to flush toilets - this needs to be ensured PRIOR to guests checking in!
The management company was quick to address the problem, when brought to their attention, but there’s no excuse for this type of issue."

"First time in rocky point
House was amazing even though we only had a part of it. Great location, close to the beach. Only one thing that was a bit of a negative is that the room is on the north west corner. So this time of year it is very hot and when you check in the a/c is off. It took most of the two days to get cool and the windows are rounded at the top so there is no blinds to keep the afternoon sun out ! "

"Exceeded my Expectations
The casita was surpringly pleasant! It was clean and attractively decorated. The view and sound of the waves created a calming atmosphere. Walking the beach was a fun experience.
The rental could have been difficult to locate, if it hadn’t been for the painters who were doing some handy work. There are some stairs to climb.
The private parking space provided additional security. We would return!"

Very happy with this little casita and would definitely go back. Perfect for one or two people. Las Conchas is the area to rent in Penasco. Two minor issues - the kitchen sink didn't work and the directions from the rental office are incorrect. Other than that, we loved it."

"Mexico getaway
Get little vacation rental. Pro's...great location, clean unit, approx 100 yards from the beach. direct explanation for property access, finally the 4th door I tried with the key, finally gained us access. No wifi. Great bedroom but no blinds in all of the half moon windows so we were woken up by the sun every morning at 530 am. Kitchen sink clogs or drains slowly upon arrival, needs to be fixed. All in all just minor details but enjoyed the place very much and would definately stay there again. THANKS!"

Great view: beach was very close and property was very clean. Found the house ok but they could have done a better job telling which section we were in. The cleaning woman was able to assist. If you want quiet and out of the way, this is the place. Will be back."
