CASA ZILLORI – EXTRAORDINARY FOUR BEDROOM SUITE HOME
Casa Zillori has now been completely renovated and expanded resulting in an extraordinary four-bedroom suite beach home located in beautiful Los Conchas. This designer inspired vacation home has spectacular ocean views, a modern fully equipped granite countertop kitchen, wood burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, U.S. and Mexican landlines. The entrance to the home is through an enclosed courtyard with a fountain, outdoor cooker and magnificent Bougainvillea tree.
The oceanside patio has its own dining table, chaise lounges, fire pit, and an outdoor whirlpool tub to relax and take in the beauty of the stars and sea. There are two full size washers and dryers, and one secure garage stall for your vehicle.
Pets are allowed with a security deposit. Kayaks and life jackets are provided.

“As the owners of Casa Zillori, we welcome you and hope that you have a wonderful holiday on the beautiful Sea of Cortez. For over 20 years we have enjoyed the peace and beautify of this place, the spellbinding sunsets and the charm of the city. As frequent visitors to Puerto Penasco, it became impossible for us to ignore the plight of many of the street dogs suffering from illness, starvation and sometimes outright cruelty. On several occasions we took abandoned, sick and starving dogs back to the United States to be rehabilitated and to find loving “forever” home. A few years ago we encountered Barb Mumbach, who operated Barb’s Dog Rescue, about five miles north of town. She is an incredible woman who has struggled to help these poor dogs in any way that she can. She cares for them at the rescue providing food, medicine, and lots of love. She has also arranged for spaying and neutering, as well as many successful adoptions to the United States. Your choice to stay at Casa Zillori is a significant benefit to these dogs because we have pledged 100% of all rental revenues from Casa Zillori to Barb’s Dog Rescue. We hope you have a chance to stop by and visit Barb, and even consider a contribution toward her wonderful efforts. To the world, Barb is a dog rescuer. To each of these needy dogs, she is their world”. Owner requests No Smoking Inside. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay) For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

"Beautiful and cozy beach home
This home was awesome! Very roomie, clean, and cozy. They were kind enough to reach out before our trip to offer another larger home because of seawall construction, I took my chances and went ahead with our stay, so glad we did. Most everything was wonderful, it is at least our 4th time renting this house. It was perfect for 4 couples and we would recommend this property and the property management. "

"A dreamy literal beach house
This house is located right on the beach with serene views all day long. We love the accessibility in spending time in the water. There are also kayaks available to take out, which was an added bonus. The house is very comfortable with functional air conditioning and a kitchen fully stocked with supplies. Would love to stay here again!"

This was one of the best vacations we have taken. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful, relaxing. Long walks on the beach, sunset kayaking, swimming, lounging, reading, star gazing. This place is amazing and Chuck and the staff at Oceano are beyond accommodating, kind and very responsive. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect Vacation House with everything you need
This home was exactly as described, it was perfect. The home is beautiful, clean and well-maintained, right on the beach, great location, and had everything we could possibly need/want. Not only was the house perfect, Oceano rentals is amazing to work with. All of our questions were answered promptly, they are always accessible if needed and very friendly. They even helped us out when our truck broke down. We will definately return to Casa Zillori and love the fact that proceeds go to Barb's animal rescue. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation."

"Heaven
This is a great house. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a cook come to make our dinners. Bring your own blow dryer if you need one. The beach is good for swimming and you can walk forever. Two of the rooms have kingsize beds and water views, one of the backroom bedrooms is only a queen bed and the room is smaller. Fourth bedroom is a king size bed and a good size. I love that the owners donate the proceed to Barb's Dog Rescue."

This house is meticulous and recently redone - in fact, they were doing touch ups while we were there. Beach is wonderful if you are into shells. Very kid friendly. If a guy shows up at your back door named Peter, buy everything he sells you - guy makes some of the best food there. "

enjoyed my stay here w/ a few good friends. the house had all the amenities and property manager help answer all my questions. can't beat the view, the space and layout in the pad. only opportunity might be getting and receiving the keys, it's can be a bit tough finding the rental office to pick them up if you don't know your way around the area. The property needs a lot of updating. The mattress in the west bedroom needs to be replaced. One side has a deep impression on it and the only side with any back support is in the middle. The sheet had a high perfume smell in them and had to be changed unfortunately after no sleep the night before. Refridgerator leaks water on the floor. Couch is shot, can feel the wood frame under pads, the place needs a decent sofa. No dishwasher. Sliding doors are shot, can't hardly move the one on the east in the front room. Screens don't seal. No access to washer and dryer, could have washed sheets saved a nites sleep. Dog poop right off the patio, beach access has 2 foot drop to sand, dangerous. Place is run down, needs a lot of work, I would suggest owners put some money into it. Reservation was made for day late, even when I had stayed only on weekends with this company for the last 15 years."

Our vacation was exactly what we needed. Casa Zillori was the perfect house for us. It had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the showers worked well. For an older home,Zillori was nicely maintained. Finding a private home on the beach is not easy. Zillori is the perfect size. Oceano and the owner went out of their way to be accommodating. The home could use some beach front landscaping and clean up, entry court yard was beautiful and we actually spent some time there. The living room couches are way past due to be replaced."

Inside the utensils weren't fit for eating from, the bedspread and curtains had holes and looked like rags, paint was coming off the ceiling, sliding glass doors barely worked, alarm system went off in middle of the night for no reason..."
