Kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with all cooking supplies and utensils needed. Internet is available.

If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

"Just what we needed
This house was everything we needed! Perfect location, beautiful views, beautiful clean house, spacious and steps away from the beach. Plenty of room for a large family to eat together and kitchen had all we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to renting it again in the future. Oceano rentals provided excellent customer service & made renting & getting keys easy. "
