This attractive studio is located in the serene area of Las Conchas just a few minutes from the beach. It is perfect for a family of four or a couple that is looking for relaxed get away. It comes with a king and full size bed that comfortably accommodates 4 guests, TV set, kitchenette with all the small appliances like coffee maker, microwave, blender, portable electric stove, refrigerator and a washer and dryer. There is a covered car port for your vehicle right in front of the unit. Come prepared to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the Sea of Cortez. Pets are allowed upon owner approval with a non-refundable fee paid at the time of arrival. 3 minimum nights required on Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay). For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
