Casa Frida is a beachfront home with oversized windows giving ALL rooms a gorgeous ocean views! The courtyard is lush and welcoming, but also has an RV gate and extra parking space. Inside you are greeted with a gorgeous Boveda ceiling, cove lighting, gourmet kitchen, large breakfast bar and pantry. The master suite and 2 bedrooms are on the main level and feature private, sliding doors to the patio, which features a lovely ocean view. The Master has a beehive fireplace, soaking tub, bidet and dual shower. The 4th bedroom is a self-contained casita off the lower patio and offers new heating and a/c, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and full bath. This one-owner home when built, won the Las Conchas award for the most ''beachy'' feel. This is the place YOU will want to call home! 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. (Spring Break and Semana Santa/Easter 4 minimum nights) For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

Visitor Reviews (7) Write a Review! "Spacious and beautiful beachfront home Pros: Located in the quiet, family oriented Las Conchas neighborhood. Plenty of space inside home. Lots of kitchen utensils. Neat and clean interior. Decorated beautifully. Wake up to an unobstructed view of the ocean. Has a lower level mother-in-law suite. Has a total of 3 A/C units. Cons: No access to washer and dryer. The mini split A/C condenser for the MIL suite has a broken fan guard, exposing the fan blade to anybody unlucky enough to stumble upon it. The barbecue grill is rusted so badly, it's unusable. The A/C unit for the master bedroom side of the house does not get as cool as the opposite side of the house- which got nice and chilly.
